I got problem with my Yamaha fzv3 vehicle like front and back are totally rusted and caliper as well. Initially they said we will change all parts with free of cost and it comes under warranty. They had me to spent 5months till now. Now, they are saying we will not change any parts they said we tested your vehicle. Same happened I ordered 26th Julyof mi ear phones and mi band 5 watch. Delevered on 30th July. When I opened box. It only has mi ear phones. Mi band 5 watch is missing. I raised a complaint to customer service and they said in 4-5 days we solve. But after 3 days I called the customer service and they said they will not refund or replacement and the package is delivered properly. So, after a Iong conversation with the customer service I request the re-investigation.

Bro I ordered a item with 14k but they delivered defective product 1st time so I had to request a replacement but again they sent defective product. Second time they said they can only refund the money but can't send the product back.
I applied credit card offer during sale which saved 1500₹ which I have lost because of the return.
Can I compliant this in consumer court??
