How can you say we are safe to use this for profit, say a monetized RUclips video, then offer to sell exclusive rights to the song? I got burned on “free for profit” beats 4 or 5 years ago. I had screenshots and other documentation and still lost the revenue. THOUSANDS of dollars and counting. I hope you can enlighten me. Thanks!
@@matthewmaymusic thanks for the reply but you didn’t dispute what I mentioned wouldn’t happen. That’s what the issue is. Offering a “free for profit” piece of media until you sell it to someone is a huge problem. What this does is invite predators who will try to see if there are enough people using that content to justify buying the rights from you then creating a copyright content id to hijack profit from people who did nothing wrong. I would consider offering truly free pieces of content that will never face the situation mentioned above. From there, you promote and up sell your “premium” content and services. I’m looking forward to your reply to this comment. I think I just got motivated to finally make a video about this for my channel.

I sell exclusives very rarely. You should have no problems using it. If you were to run into any issues I could help resolve them
