What is the difference in PPE for helmets as you show in your equality message? How does gender play into helmet equality? I'm not clear on what PPE is not supporting female use? Are the percentages lined up more by the amount of gender participants? Are only 10% of females working as an ironworker. I'm confused on the target PPE of this action plan.

Gender equality in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as helmets, involves ensuring that gear accommodates the diverse workforce. This includes providing adequate sizes and designs for each worker’s comfort and safety. Advocacy for inclusive practices is essential, recognizing that workplace challenges may differ for individuals of different genders.
Thank you also for your question about numbers. In the video, produced in 2020, we mention that "...it is estimated that only 10% of standards development experts are women", not to be confused with the percentage of female ironworkers.
