Catherine, my wife and I just love your channel. One of the things we appreciate is, you don’t use your beauty as “click bate” to get views on your channel like other you tubers. Your videos are just so serene and beautiful. The Music is just lovey. Thank you for sharing your travels and things you’ve seen. I recently bought a Cannon D70 SLR camera with a couple good lenses. I have taken some gorgeous shots of the lake we live at. Just loving it, and learning lots about it. Haven’t played with the video on it yet, but one day I will. I can share some of them with you. I agree so much! I see thumbnails of women revealing themselves in a way that makes me cringe and I can't watch them. Be beautiful and explore the beauty around you, educate, inform and entertain, but as a woman, I only see those as exploiting ones' body for clicks and it makes me sad. They must want to attract a different type of audience. I feel the same with dramatic misleading click bait titles, it seems manipulative. Just a turn off. I don't watch many channels for these reasons, I've become pretty selective in who I subscribe to because my time is valuable and I don't like wasting it. But I love Catherine's videos, she and the nature are beautiful and inspiring. She is honest and not attention seeking. I like that she gives some history of the area she visits, the focus is as much on the scenery and nature and locale as of herself. I've been watching for a while and see her channel evolving, her skills developing along with her journey. I look forward to every Sunday morning with her, like having coffee with a dear friend.

I live south of Telluride and recently travelled around the state a bit. One thing I noticed in your videos and and driving around is the astounding number of spruce trees killed by beetles. In some areas it looks like over 50% of the trees. In my area it was the Pinion pines killed by beetles, triggered by the drought.
It sure is hard to want to keep working when I see your videos of the changing seasons in the mountains! Maybe someday I'll win the lottery and pay off the mortage...

Oh my, girl! That is so scary a drive!! I'm hoping you heal quickly from your tooth adventure. I've got a dental thing I'm dealing with too. A friend mught help me with getting it fixed. Put myself on antibiotics to get the swelling to go down in my jaw & cheek. Dentist would do the same thing, so no biggie. Fun vid Cat...I had to sympathize with you Catherine....I was on a roadtrip in Colo. about 6 years ago....ate a bunch of jerky and actually caused a tooth to abcess....I was in Meeker Colo. When I couldnt take it anymore...Couldnt sleep of course so I made my way down to Rifle Colo. where I found a dentist to work on my tooth....like you said...chit happens even on vacation....thanks for the great video...the views along Imogene almost brought tears....another epic pass is Engineer between Leadville and Aspen....take care....you two have fun....ohh youll love the resident Elk in Estes Park !!

All those aspen trees are SO beautiful! Reminds me of when I lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in Canada. I used to walk in the Assiniboine Forest, which is full of aspens. They are so beautiful in fall when they turn yellow.

I’ve camped inside RMNP twice! Near the south entrance close to Grand Lake. We spent 5 days there each time and truly wonderful time.
