🍊Orange Sauce Chicken Recipe with Barberry rice👌🏻

Orange chicken is one of the delicious and traditional dishes that you can prepare with chicken. This delicious food has a sour taste and is a good option for those who love sour food
first stage
First you need to get the juice of the oranges, we need two glasses of orange juice to cook this delicious dish. To start cooking, first chop the onion into small pieces, then fry it with Sesame oil in a suitable pot.
second stage
After the onion becomes caramelized, we add some turmeric and fry for another minute until the onion and turmeric become uniform. Next, lower the heat so that the Sesame oil does not burn, then add the chicken pieces to the pot.
third stage
Now we close the lid of the pan so that the chickens will drain and fry well. After frying both sides of the chickens, we add some salt and black pepper along with orange juice to the pot and cover the pot until the chickens are cooked.
fourth stage
After the chickens are cooked, we have to wait until the sauce thickens, now we add the infused saffron and after 10 minutes, we take the food off the heat and put it in the dish we want. Finally, we serve this delicious stew with rice.
