    My players used a Scroll of Tarrasque Summoning to defeat Tiamat at the end of Tyranny of Dragons.

      That's one way to defeat Tiamat, my normal go-to is to run away.

    What if the Tarasque swallowed Juiblex? He would survive stomachs one and two but would be absorbed by 3. What happens when it absorbs a living oberynth demon lord?

    Yes.... the world SHOULD tremble. Enemies would have to unite gladly to stop this monster.

      @jourdansingleton4741 No, it isn't. That is artwork from the 2nd edition Monstrous Manual, which I have on PDF. I'm not certain it was released before the first two Fallout games, so it's certainly possible one inspired the design of the other. Either way, the artwork itself is of the Tarrasque in the aforementioned book.
