I don't understand what he's saying and I came accros this video while watching military videos. But the driving and chaos looks like Inida, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia (all these countries I have visited).....look how they drive!!! No rules and laws are followed. The traffic lights are red @ 1:52 and the yellow cab is driving trough! Motorcycles are driving like it's a big game. No lines on the streets to determine where to drive!!!
Is this Iran, the mother of all civilisation? It will take you centuries to become civilised like we in the West. I can't believe that this is normal there!!
With proper government installation you can fix it easily.
Tahir Rana, to be clear, I am not bashing/attacking Iran on that... Now what about your comment. First, are you kidding me? Are you comparing NY/Paris with Tehran? I don't know how often you travel to those places... But here are some video's for you to compare:
1- Driving in Paris
Look how peaceful and lawful they drive. They drive slow/maximum speed and between the lines. Compare that with Iran, Pakistan, India Thailand... In Iran video you saw at 1:52 that the yellow cab drove through red light. In Paris video you see at 4:18 cars stopping because of red light! One car saw the red light late but he stopped! In Tehran video you see motorcycles driving like crazy in in opposite direction (one way road I guess), compare to the craziness of Paris motorcycles on a roundabout at 3:45, they drive according the French law and in the right direction! Compare that to Iran video at 4:50!!! Is Paris or NY the same?!! where a police officers stands by?!! Are you kidding?

Look at how cars stop for red light at 1:00. Look at how peacefully, non-chaotic they drive! Is that the same as Tehran?

You judge for yourself. Once again, Iran is a beautiful country and I hope someday they rebuild Iran as Dubai/Paris/Barcelona. But this madness and craziness and lawless... it has to stop!

I have been in Russia twice (st. Petersburg, Kazan and Moscow) and it was less chaotic than the countries in my list!In Russia they drive between lines and stop for red traffic lights and they don't drive the opposite direction!

I'm from Tehran and I'm agree with you about the driving it's a shame the way they drive over there the reason is because is getting too busy in Tehran but whatever it is I love my city no matter what.
Lovely Tehran at night is amazing that's why is so busy that lovely city.
