it depends on your case if you can't afford your living in canada and tuition fee without doing any job please make sure you have some skill. if you don't you'll end up in a ditch ask this question for yourself and you'll get your answer

Banks will take some amount of money (roughly 20000 CAD )in order to ensure that a student is able to carry financial expenses in Canada...
