That is one of the takeaways of the digital age. However, we all know the music world don't like the whole digital thing because of Napster, Spotify, and what not? But, if they, shit, if we.... and they... all had a vote to choose to go back to the way things were back then or keep things as they are for all of us now. Truth be told. No one is voting for the return of the way things were. That's because we would have to give up our phones. All the personal entertainment & knowledge this little box of chips, wires, and circuit boards provides us all with throughout each minute and each second of our daily lives. Fuck that !!!!!!

I'm 44 in 2022 and still jam out to Pantera. Every album is heavier than the one before. I hated to see them fall apart and then the horrible tragedies that followed. Phil always gets the blame. But it wasn't him. The pain caused the addiction. And the addiction was what destroyed everything. If you've been there, you know I'm speaking truth. If you haven't, then you can't possibly understand.

Definitely the best metal show I ever seen was when I seen them with Megadeth and White Zombie. My cousin and I got thrown out for being too rough in the pit. We snuck back in like 2 minutes after getting the boot and continued being rough while in the pit🤕

Despite debuting at #1 Far Beyond Driven only went gold that year and didn't get platinum status until 1997. Vulgar Display of Power was at platinum until 2004 then it went double. Incredibly loyal fan base and the band never sold out(or you could say they imploded before any legacy could be tarnished which is what happens to most bands that stick around for long enough.....like Megadeth/Metallica....etc

Sure technically I can say Britney Spears album is the heaviest album of all time. Its subjective while also being moronic.

I saw Pantera w White Zombie and Eye Hate God in San Francisco at the Cow Palace, and Phil Anselmo would not shut the fuck up! He kept making fun of Metallica in their own town and kept complaining that they had to stop the show at whatever time, otherwise the staff got paid overtime. He easily wasted 20 minutes complaining that could have been used to actually play music. What a nightmare! It was a good show otherwise.

@@ChickenJoe-tq6xd Lars has NEVER wasted that much time at a show, Anselmo apparently did this A LOT on that tour. I think his drug addiction was really starting to affect his behavior at that point, but he was still nothing short of a little bitch onstage.
