- This is a quick look behind the scenes as we go on the hunt for sea anemones and nudibranchs to film. With our underwater housing, macro lens and underwater tripod we ventured out on a winter dive right before a major winter storm. We manage to dive a local spot for about 40 minutes before Jaclyn started to get cold in the 0C water and we had to get out.

Just found you channel and subscribed (saw the barnacles video first). Hope you're doing OK in these times
Glad you found our channel :) Its been a rough year but we are doing ok. Hope you and those close to you are doing ok as well.
Super cool, I would love to work on being more stable when filming underwater
just found the channel and love the ocean fastest sub ever!
Wonderful underwater footage !
Nice
Thanks Social Gaming
Is this channel dead?
No its not dead, we decided to focus on building up a library of underwater footage so we could make better videos. We spent several days a week diving and filming over the last year and a bit. Filming underwater is a long slow processes especially when filming wildlife which is tricky to predict where and when it will be. Add in the amount of air you have and other diving factors like visibility it can take a while to get enough footage for a video. We also had some bumps in the road in our lives and now with the current local restrictions were not able to dive till things open up again. However we are still working on videos and there is going to be some awesome 100% underwater videos coming. We are taking our time with them to hopefully deliver better content then we have made in the past.
The Abyss ah, ok
It will be worth the wait :) at least we hope so haha
@@DivingWithMatt OMG, I just found out about your channel which is very informative and sad that the last uploaded video was 1 year ago :( It's nice to know that you guys are still working on it! best wishes!
P/S: It's strange that your channel hasn't blown up already :(
@@Choco-qm5jqThanks for the kind words :) comments like that keep us motivated. Shifting to underwater has been a learning curve, but we feel the shift will be worth it in the end. I'm sure the set will be back as well as the in the field videos. Were planning to film lots this month so we can get back to posting.
Ok, but for real. It looks too cold to go diving. You’re going to catch a cold. ❄️🌊⛄️
The worst part is the 5 five minute ice cream headache at the start of the dive, once your face going numb the rest of the dive isn't too bad haha.
Cold water and there is snow😔
Why no new video?
Wow. Nice
That's a bit cold for my taste! lol But seriously, nice to little vlog! I would love to go diving in your area ... (just in the summer :-)
The first 5 five minutes is terrible but after that your face goes numb and its great. Warmest time to dive is generally august threw October, the water can sometimes get up around 18C.
MORE LIKE THIS PLEASE Always cool to see the process work!
Maybe we will film some more videos like this :)
Wow amazing shots :)
Thanks crimefightingsushi!
Super cool! I love that transition to the macro shot at the end, that was awesome.
Thanks Hannah!
