      Thanks HOTUniverse! The last couple months I've had a few bumps in the road of life and editing/animating got put on hold. But I currently have more time now to work on videos so more are on the way in the near future. - Matt

    I have fallen in love with this channel! I want to see it get way more views! You give very thorough, yet easily understandable explanations to things that are somewhat complicated, like convection currents in air and water. I hope school teachers find this resource, and use it while teaching Earth Sciences and Geography! Kudos, keep up the great work!!!

      Thanks Taylor, its comments like theses that really mean a lot and keep us going! Hopefully the views will come with time.

    very nicefull videos. by the way i wanna ask about pole. how are poles formed?

    • @DivingWithMatt
      @DivingWithMatt  4 года назад

      Thanks Yuliah, great question! On Earth the poles are thought to be created by the spinning of the Earth's core. The molten core contains a mixture of iron and nickel and when in motion, it creates an electric current with a positively charged and a negatively charged pole. Since the molten core is moving, the location of these poles can also move and actual differs from the location of the geographic pole!

    I always wondered why wind... exists. This explains it very well.

    Im LOVING these videos guys! Keep them coming!! However I do just want to say to maybe work on the delivery of lines. I get that you'll want to seem professional but as is you almost sound robotic. I think itd sound much much better if the delivery of the lines were a litte more natural! But other than that these videos are seriously great! Lol i never knew that i wanted to learn about the armosphere until this video

      Thanks for the feedback Josue, it's appreciated. We will work on the delivery more as we more forward. Hopefully, it gets better with more practice. We have some more in the field videos planed so they should be more natural then the scripted set videos.

    Atmospheric circulation part 1
    largest scale pattern about how air moves around the atmosphere. air masses move higher or lower so they are surrounded by the air mass catered to them.Humidity had affect on air mass.high humidity means lighter and less dense.different airs experience different solar radiation depending on time of year and time of day.the air at the equator receives the most direct sunlight. two convection cells in each atmosphere.as air moves from the equator is deflecting more and more from its original path.the hadley cells are closed to equator the ferrel cell near bottom and polar cell near the polar. the westerlies explains why weather moves from west to east.
