I'm been using a mod called "Realistic Rain" and it improves the look of the raindrops on the windows and windshield. I use it for ATS and ETS2, I recomend you should give it a try.
Video has been out 10 month... however as MAN is a German brand, you'd pronounce it M, A, N (so each letter) as it stands for Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg, translated Machine-factory Augsburg-Nuremberg.

your roads are dead empty. you can easily increase the traffic density withoud mods
