@UNCtarheels71 It wild though that the Jets though have been very patient about keeping coaches around, it's the first time since the early 70s they fired a head coach during the season. The coach and Rodgers have only had 5 games together and they canned him before giving it time which makes me wonder if Rodgers had something to do with it.
The Jets are so dysfunctional. Saleh will be the next best defensive coordinator for some team, like Flores. He turned the Jets D into a top 5 D since ‘22 and was the original architect of SF’s D. Funny how they can’t see that Hacket and Rodgers are the issue. Then they also promote the D coordinator to interim head coach … so who is going to run their D now? Goofy.
How does Stefanski get pass on the Deshaun Watson situation? He certainly signed off on the trade and is an offensive coach who can’t make it work with the QB he chose. Where else in football has the HC been allowed to slide in the same situation?
