Memory lane for me today. My father used to work for a company that built the extraction equipment for Borax in Boron Arizona. He designed the conveyor belt system for them. He would drive a 1963 Volkswagen from So Cal to Boron to work for a week out there every so often. I opened up a wall in my house for a remodel and found 7 old beer cans in almost perfectly preserved state, Lucky Lager age dated from 7/54. My diligent wife sold them to some collector in Long Beach for $70. Great video George, good finds and look forward to the restores. Be well my friend.
That ulster knife is a ww2 knife it has tl 29 on the handle from the video if you look closely you can see the tl on the handle I picked one up at the flea market for six bucks but the main blade on it someone took a grinder to the blade next to the tang but you have a nice knife once you get it cleaned
Nice haul George. More projects for ya. Can’t wait to see the videos on the clean up. Got your package today. Can’t be happier. Thx my friend & Carry On Sir!
The Camillus camping is easily a $50 knife all day long. Moor Mans is a feed supply company. That Ulster looks like the blades were in damn good shape. Nice Haul George Fun 😊
That was a great haul! When you showed the case of knives, that yellow Camillus immediately caught my eye. Looks like that will be a fun project! Cheers, buddy!
That looks like a cool shop George. That knife with the can piercing attachment is unusual. I also like the brown one with the old style can opener. It will be interesting to see how they all clean up. Take care.
George, the yellow knife, that says Good Moor Man's is probably an advertising item There use to be a livestock feed company named Moor Man's. Nice group of fixer uppers. Rog
Your haul videos are EPIC!!!...nothing like that around here, South Mississippi,...but, i manage to find a few...can't wait to see that big camp knife come apart...those clipped on covers are not a big deal....not for a PRO like you....🔥🙏😎👍🗡
👍 George, my buddy, your advice "always pay attention" comes a little too late. On Tuesday I cut a festering splinter of wood out of the ball of my hand with my SAK Model Recruit. On Monday at work I didn't even notice how I had injured myself. Working too much and too fast without attention - kills!
I wish you was near me I have like 20 knives usa made from the 50s all the brands from Camillus hammer brand imperial colonial in great conditions I could had sale to you for cheap price but anyway good finds I know you will bring them back to life

Lol..who would have though old beer is worth that much...be safe my friend. I did work for boron in cali. In the desert out there.
It was for the empty cans, no beer at all, even more perplexing...
