Great video, taking out the rear subframe makes it really easy to change all those bushings and arms which will make the is300 feel great, well worth the hard work.
This. He's pulling them out from the back. It's easier to push them out from the front. With a chisel, collapse the inside lip in one or more places and then hit the collapsed part back. This will also leave no visible marks on the subframe from the back like his method leaves. Several other videos show this.
