- missed you! damn, it's been nearly a month. i was having a bit of a hard time towards the end of this week which led me to take a break from vlogging and uploading/spending time on the computer. but i'm better now. still working each day to be mindful of my mental and physical health.

That particular spot that hurts can be due to either a wisdom tooth growing (if you don't have them out by now ofc) , bruxism could be a cause some people do it subconsciously or in their sleep , the other cause can be some type of jaw problem or a ear problem you can do a check up with a otolaryngologist! Stay safe and continue being productive and happy Anna!

November has been kicking my ass lol. finals week at school, last semester of undergrad…the burnout is REAL. but i’m taking time to recharge with my family and i’ve cultivated a whine down routine :) and doing as much as i can in the morning since i feel the most energy then. Hii! I'm kinda late in replying but about the nerve pain. I get it too. For me it gets worse just before migraine attacks, and if my anxiety and stress levels are high. I've also noticed, that if I don't take my meals on time, i get the pain. Sensations likes these are generally auras that happen in migraine. I keep them checked by taking vit D, magnesium, folic acid supplements. And facial massages and guacha helps too.

Oh I experienced a very similar-sounding nerve pain behind my right ear this past summer-it lasted 3 months for me! I felt constant pain there for hours each day, it left me so immobilized. I’m so sorry you are having to deal with this, I know how disruptive it can be ! :(
Mine was a condition called occipital neuralgia, caused by a pinched occipital nerve.
Acupuncture visits sound like an amazing idea, I really hope they bring you relief from this pain! I’m wishing you the best Annabelle!! 🐛💗
yes!! i had looked up 'occipital neuralgia', and at the acupuncture's office they said that was a possibility of what's happened... any idea how yours got pinched? hope you feel much better now!

To answer your question, I have a lot of joint and muscle problems already, likely due to having fibromyalgia. So I believe my nerve was pinched as a result of a fibromyalgia flare-up & the stress/tenseness on my body from that. I’m doing much better now though thank you! ☺️
I really hope you’re on the way to feeling better as well!

I have always been curious. i feel like NO vlogger mentions this issue i always feel afraid to make to much noise at my apartment so as not to disturb others- but then i feel like im suffocating myself? and other people keep NOT caring how much noise they make hahaha ANYONE has this issue or are you freaking lucky with your rentals? : )

Is it possible you grind your teeth in your sleep? I used to get jaw pain all the time (especially when stressed) and it turned out to be this!
