Yes, you don't see the effects of consumables in the port stats, only in-game. With these three together (elite bonus, consumable and reload module) you have a maybe 2s window to get the second salvo off, which is just about enough to be able to aim.
I'm getting confident on my other BB's, I did the Conqueror 1st, played a little with PEF on T6, but then I unlocked the glass cannon that is Nelson xD And oh boy, I'm having fun in this ship!! Gone a little over 100k twice this week, which is a rare sight for me. On It's premiere, I wanted to make soviet BB's but initial stats and reviews made me doubt, that Kremlin is the ship to go for next. Decided on doing French line instead, British ships prepared me to sail a floating citadel with a mean punch, and from what I hear Republique is just that.
Damn, WG made this ship really bad now, she’s one of the best T10 BBs on PC, I ground all the way up to Soyuz, and I’m really sad that I won’t be getting as good of a T10 as I had hoped...

I don’t have Kremlin but I do have Yamato. In the second battle what is nice is that you are not drawing fire. The Yamato is a target. 6 hits from Yamato is pretty devastating. Good review. Going to get Montana next.
Honestly, if they had focused me in the second battle, I would have never racked up the damage. You've seen how quickly Kremlin melts when she comes under concentrated attacks by CV and Puerto Rico. What kinda bummed me out was the lacklustre performance of the shells, together with the comparatively short range. I mean I've played Puerto Rico just recently, and the armour really doesn't hold up too well, yet Kremlin shells on a full salvo only doing 6x900 semi-pens, when I'm losing half my health from a Yamato just looking at me funny...
@@FunandGameswithTerry What is sort of interesting is the way your ship is perceived by the other team. Yamato is a target for all ships, DDs/CVs. I expect that so I play as a long range sniper until mid-game push. What is a surprise is that people also target Yoshino. I guess it looks like a mini-Yamato and is actually pretty large. It has a detection range of just over 9KMs even with bonuses and mods. By contrast Zao has just over a 7km detection range and deals similar damage. Oddly players don’t realize that and sometimes ignore you in Zao. I sometimes even find that with Minotaur. You chop down half a ship’s health before they notice you firing from the other side of an island.
to be honest, it's not the dispersion for me, that's actually not bad, especially with the precise aiming skill active. It's a combination of slow reload, forcing me into reload module in slot 1 instead of dispersion, short range for a sniper ship, and relatively poor performance of the AP shells for such a heavy broadside. The range means you have to sit 1-2km in front of your team's BB line, which is not a good place to be. That's why I was trying to play more aggressively for positioning, similar how you'd play a British or French BB that has a comparable range. Unfortunately, the French are faster, and both of them have a burst DPM do exploit such a position, whereas in Kremlin, once I'm there, I need to wait half a minute before I can shoot again, making a more aggressive style difficult. I just feel that she doesn't have a "place", if you know what I mean. She's kind of average in all regards, even when fully equipped (and that's 6k gold worth of camo on that thing, plus a 12-point legendary captain).
After buying to historic camouflages a month ago for 2 Russian battleships. Just to have it nerved again. I will now not be pursuing the Kremlin. Wargaming has lost all my business forever. I will become play for free player only. Wargaming is using press account holders and doing a bait and switch type of scam on their ships to get better reviews. Terry, I just killed one of these in about a 2 minute one on one duel in my Worcester CLAA. It took me a while to burn him down from behind an island but during the exchange I am sure he at least twice hit me with 3 or more rounds of a 457MM salvo when turning. Worcester is a big ship for a light cruiser but I would have expected to lose at least half my health from a volley. It was more like 1/3rd if that. Was he “over-penning” me? Seemed a little unreasonable. If you can’t take on and kill a CL in a Kremlin what are you supposed to take on?
Couple of factors here. It depends where the shells hit you. If they hit you in the bow, stern or superstructure, they will likely overpenetrate for 25% damage, which, including damage reduction factors, is probably going to be around 500 for an AP hit on Worcester. If they hit you in the centre of the ship, there's a chance they could citadel (6k+ damage on a hit). Now, what I've observed with Kremlin against Worcester is that it's a bit hit-and-miss at long range. I did manage the occasional citadel, but would also get semi-pens for 50% or even bounces (maybe off the turret armour? IDK). Shooting at Smolensk, on the other hand, has been a huge issue with AP - her armour is so thin, Kremlin's shells would straight-up overpenetrate completely. I would actually have to fire HE at Smolensk. Worcester has better armour, so AP is fine. HE spammers like Worcester, sitting behind an island, especially when unspotted, are a big problem for any battleship. Kremlin is reasonably fire-resistant (less so in my post-nerf build), but against Worcester or Smolensk, they all burn. Battleships aren't a hard counter against HE-spamming light cruisers. The way you deal with e.g. Worcester is to get out of range, and find angles. Maybe a DD or CV can get them spotted, and you can blindfire. If I was in a BB and a Worcester would kite away from me, I'd get out of range. My range exceeds his. Don't give chase.
Hits were at 9-10k, then 5-6K, in both cases forcing him to aim at the Worcester bow at an angle of 15-25 degrees or so (Trying to shift to avoid hits).An overpen for 25% damage seems plausible.

I had a good expierence with the Sinop (good damage every battle), before the unecessary reload nerf the reload was 21 secs. I was excited that the Russian BB line were coming because they are one of the best bb line in WOWS. The Sinop, Vladivostok, Sovestky Soyuz and Kremlin are overpowered for their tier in WOWS. In WOWS their accuracy and damage are really good. I wonder why WG wanted to make their accuracy and damage bad.
16:21 I get more than 40-50k dmg in Izmail even after the nerf. I disagree with that. I feel RU BBs are kind of a learnt/acquired taste. I am at Sinop rn and am actually somewhat excited for Vladi and eventually Kremlin And the range isn't really a problem for me as I love French battle botes. Also Sinop is a pretty good brawler. RU BBs are good all around. Decent range ( compared to my french botes XD ) hard hitting ( atleast sinop and izmail ) and ability to both snipe and brawl. The only downside for me is the reload but I have been able to manage just fine with Sinop and Izmail even after the nerf.
Well at least she isnt that Bad i mean for a Tier 10 Battleship she is still had a Good Range Compare to the Grosser Kurfust Herself but i kinda agree she need to have a Great Accuracy when it come to shooting its turret toward the Enemy and Some armour aswell incase if she is being target by a Yamato who had a 460 mm Gun and A Worcester and a Destroyer aswell 😅
You can get 2 salvos even without the Reload module, just the elite and the reload suplies give you just enough to sqeeze 2 salvos...so stil precision module for slot 1. On the shipyard the supplies do not show the reload time affected, but when you get into battle and they start to act, you get the 2 salvos...though not much time to fix the aim, you should be waiting with the sight on target.
Isn’t completely bow-in tanking in a BB in blitz a bit pointless since angling isn’t a mechanic so you are really just forcing the enemy to shoot your weakest point. Whereas, you would do better being at an angle where you are actually showing some useful armour and can also use all of your guns. If im wrong then lmk.
If you're bow in then less shells hit you which means less damage. Also if you hit the bow you'll just overpen. The deck however is soft although that is a target whether you are bow in or full broadside.

I am busy unlocking the russian line. At the moment at 300k exp at its tier 9. I am a quite experienced player at level 69, but even i am struggling to get decent numbers. I am just finishing up the line to never play it again. Not my cup of tea this terrible line.
I wasn't planning on grinding the Soviet BBs, the only battleships I'm looking at atm are the French. Maybe a future balancing will give them more of a purpose.

she is worst t10 bb, utter crap which hits 1 of 10 even with dead eye, seems u didnt played pc warships last half of the year.
At least we get wanderfull ships up to tier 8, from T4 the Gangunt, the Izmail, Sinop and the epic Mothership the Vladivostok xD

Top tier BB play is often long-range duels. Not a fan, either, but I haven't played too much, my only T10 BB on my personal is the Kurfürst.

The accuracy I'm ok with tbh. It's the slow reload, comparatively short range and meh performance of the shells that I feel makes her uncompetitive.

Izmail and Sinop are still beasts. My avg damage hasn't changed since the nerf in either of those ships
