- Hey guys! it's BreakIT FixIT again and we're back with a new video.
In this video I'll be installing an after market parking sensor on my VW polo. This tutorial can be used on any type of cars.
I'll be going through a detailed installation of the parking kit as well as giving you a few tricks in order to install it without any sort of complications.

Hi man. I also have a polo (2010, do you have the measurements of where I need to drill the holes?
Also my car in the UK has only one reverse light on the left side, so do i connect it there? If that's the case then what are the colours for the wires please?

Hey man, I had a problem with mine, I have a VW Polo 2012 and when I used my multimeter to check the voltage at the reversing lights, 2 different wires had a 12V supply, not just one. One was green-black and the other was blue-black. I decided to go with blue-black, the sensors worked for a bit then stopped working
@@breakitfixit1046 hey man, it seems to have started working fine again, my battery had actually died and I had to call autoguard for roadside assistance. Once the guy jumpstarted my battery, it was fine. Thanks for the speedy reply, I really appreciate it.

Sir, what is the hight from the ground to the bumper you will put the sensor?
@@breakitfixit1046 the hight of my car bumper from the ground or floor is 22inches max, and the instruction i've search is .6 - .8m, frm. The ground.
My bumper is a little bit short in hight the max hight I can put the sensor in my bumper is 20inches.
Will the sensor will work ok
My car is old 1998 toyota corolla.

Attempted this today.
There is markings on the inside of my bumper. Much easier than Having to measure. Too late for me. Hopefully this helps someone
