How long stir kaya on fire roughly?
Roughly an hour plus.
I followed your recipe as accurately as possible, however ut took me about one hour and twenty minutes fir the kays to thicken. Can you kindly offer me any tips to thicken it quicker. Can I use a hand blender? Thank you.
May I know why need more eggs for this recipe compare with your other hainanese kaya recipe? I tried your other recipe and it is very nice 😋
