    Life in Hell is the pure Matt Groening, his views on society, politics and in every aspects of life. It's interesting to see where he started.

    That IS the final Life In Hell panel. At that point Matt had templates & he just filled in the balloons. That last one with A & J had actually been used before.

    What's wild is some of the jokes that were made in the Life is Hell comic were later jokes put into the Simpsons like the sketch that shows the pushpin pig made out of an eraser and the line Lisa says is written on there as well as the amputated leg in heaven was a joke that we cut to in Sunday School when the teacher tells Bart for the last time yes you're a amputated leg will be waiting in heaven

    clearly the influence of the simpsons is here binky is homer sheba is marge and bongo is clearly bart i dont know who jeff and akbar would be in the simpsons universe

    Why do you keep calling the main character "Blinky" when his name is "BINKY"?
