- Enjoy this Pacific Coast Highway drive of Orange County aka "The OC" California going south Driving Tour.
This 2.5 hour drive starts in San Pedro, California then goes south on PCH Pacific Coast Highway to Long Beach. It then makes a quick stop in Seal Beach, then drives by Huntington Beach. We make a stop in Newport beach then Laguna beach and Dana Point. We end this trip in at the Pier in San Clemente Just in time for the sunset.

My former resident state did me dirty tool my right to drive away for good due to four car deer collisions an because ran out of gas and was begging for gas money
They also said I am to mental unstable to drive want me get pych evil to drive again
So I told them idiots they can have my permit I will play along there games just ride In Greyhound bus or city bus or train rest of my life
I loved it in long beach my home for two years on active duty in us navy but left because do not want to live in earthquake zone choose to move here to icy box Ohio permanly
I go out to west coast as tourist from Midwest Ohio every year get out of icy box cold in winter

I lived there for a few years and let me tell you, that magical feeling goes away rather quickly. It's expensive, the politics are horrendous, as are the homeless and drug problems. There's a lot of very dark, seedy stuff that happens behind closed doors. Sure it's gorgeous in terms of the landscape, especially during sunset and sunrise, but otherwise. I used to work in the entertainment business out there and thankfully got out before the lockdowns happened in 2020.

What strikes me most about Southern California is this awesome blue sky along the year!
I love these driving videos and I think they make great historical records. Years from now, people will look at them, to see what it was like to drive around.
San Diego California has changed so much since I was young there, that I don't know if I can connect to it anymore. I remember green (?) painted Crown Buses were ridden where the Trolley runs now. La Mesa and Lemon Grove area of east San Diego
RUclips won’t exist in the future and as with most digital records, they will be lost.

Just drove from Long Beach to San Francisco in October. From there to Lake Tahoe. Amazing drive
Raised in Sunset Beach..drove past my street by Capt Jack's, Huntington Beach and Westminster!! Been up and down pch probably 100 times!! My home!!
Surreal, i don't know if people who live in California understand how beautiful this is, for somebody from Serbia like me this look like ai generated, filtered, magical...
In a way, it is. Just like any other place, there are great parts and there are terrible parts. California is not perfect. There are many serious issues in the state, like homelessness, high cost of living, high crime rate, low paying jobs, terrible roads, and so forth. California is among the most taxed and over-regulated state yet we still have a budget deficit. There's a reason why so many people have moved out of California over the past few years. But as they say, the grass is greener on the other side.
@@JJFlores197 i mean yeah i guess it has some issues, when i saw this video i thinking about landscape, ocean, palms, sun... coz i don't live there i don't have real life questions i see just beauty just one side,
but truth is every place have issues so i guess it's easier when you have sun, palms and ocean as your surroundings 🙂

Another lovely California road-trip. Providing of course if you could afford to buy and maintain a house, there are some lovely places to live, especially those conveniently close to shops.
Born and raised in Seal and I moved to the east coast two years ago because I was sick and tired of living just to pay bills. However, now that I've been gone for a while I'm ready to move back. My entire family is there in the LBC and Seal area and I miss them, the weather, and riding my motorcycle in the canyons. The east coast sucks ass and I'm counting the seconds until I can move back!

Nice video much appreciated. I've driven various parts of PCH from Ventura to San Diego. Too bad some areas don't fully connect. As far as going south Malibu to Santa Monica is nice, and Laguna to San Juan Capistrano. Also Santa Monica to Pacific Palisades

Don't get your hopes too high. There is a lot of dysfunction in the US in just about every category you can think of. You know, things like regular mass shootings, heavily divided politics, homelessness, high cost of living, debt, and so much more.

What is shown in the movies Rio de Janeiro for example only shows the Christ, the beaches, but the reality is that it is a state where there are many favelas people forgotten by the government, people living in deplorable situations, I understand that the country has its problems, but I believe that in the USA life is better than here, Our politics is a joke, an ex-con rules the country, in short, there are countless things that discourage. People like me here don't live, they just survive.

Its the St Thomas Bridge. Its not as long or big as golden gate so i think that's why its not as well known. It looks cool tho.
