*** 3.24 Update *** Nothing really changes apart from the loss of Wildwood charms, so we lose 60-70% golem effect and about 16% mana reservation. I updated the PoB with fixes. PoB (8/4/24): pobb.in/C_9TB1CMljpl ********************
@@joezhou4356 We are already very tanky vs hits as is, and honestly we barely get hit with melee hits since we constantly run around our ballistas. I value the life regen from the normal stone golem, it helps with countering damage over time effects, and besides, that transfigured version has 50% less life so it'll die often, resulting in the effect not having 100% uptime.
Interesting, usually i've seen player use 4th vow or doppl guise for tanky build. Never seen someone use loreweave. I might try this build. If it is good i might use it as my main on next league. Anyway good guide.
I enjoyed your brand character alot but missing the beefieness that this seems to have. Hmm maybe one more character .. ;D love your builds and how you detailed they are!
Hi, you get 1 as a base for your character +2 from Ballista Totem support gem +1 from Ancestral Bond on the tree +1 from Panopticon notable on the tree +1 from Watchtowers Amulet annoint
Unfortunetly probably not, I'm exploring other games right now, but this build isn't very popular, so I doubt it will be nerfed. The biggest change that could happen is Wildwood not going core, and that'd hurt our golem effect scaling and mana reservation efficiency.
@Casual_ND ye I've been tinkering with the build and I took away some hp nodes and the iron wood node in the bottom skill tree and took the right mana reservation nodes. Still about the same ehp and dps. Think I'll league start it still and try it out. Thank you for the cool idea of tankier version of elementalist!
Thanks for the guide! Eternal Damnation got nerfed in 3.25, and now has the "Maximum Endurance, Frenzy and Power Charges is 0" line. Do you think that it's still worth using? Do you recommend specific changes to the build for 3.25?
I am very interested in starting as an Elementalist Golemancer in 3.24, since I heard with the changes to Stone golem of Safeguarding (10>15% damage from melee hits is taken by the golem) and the golem nodes in Elementalist and on the tree, you can supposedly now scale that to 100%, effectively making you immune to melee attacks. I can't seem to find any summary in PoB of golem effect % though, so I am not sure of this. Seems like it would make this very tanky build even better! Any thoughts?
Hi, this is an interesting idea, but we're barely getting hit with melee attacks since we're constantly running around our ballistas. I think the Life regen from regular stone golem is more valuable against damage over time effects. Also, that golem has 50% less hp, so it'd probably die quite often, making the effect not have 100% uptime. The build is already VERY tanky, so my suggestion would be to just follow it :)
@@Casual_NDThanks! that makes sense. This should work OK for a league starter, right? I know we won't have the uniques and primordial gems, but I am fine with that (EA generally is fine league starter). Is there anything you would change for league start? Maybe use regular EA ascendancy order until we have the Primordial jewels, then respec? Really excited about this actually!
Hi, the wording on spiritual aid is very specific, it has to be "minions", and just "increased attack speed", while in primordial eminence its "golems", and "increased attack and cast speed".
want to start this build. in 3.25 but not sure if its still, the way to go for eternal damnation, bc of the unique nerf no endurance charges. when i import your pob as it is i lose around 10m dps and 40k EHP but i not sure how correkt the beta test pob works , would love to hear your opinion on this.
Determination got nerfed Taste of hate got nerfed Eternal Damnation no longer an option Ponopticon wheel got removed (replaced with Surveielence but we lose armor per totem) Pretty big nerfs to our defenses. I probably wouldn't reccomend it, but if you still want to play it, you can remove eternal damnation altogether which brings back end. charges, and with the change to those charges providing us with additional 20% ele dmg reduction from hits with 5 charges, it kind of compensates for the loss of eternal damnation, it also frees up an amulet slot, which you can use to mitigate the 10mil dps loss (Replica Dragonfang's flight maybe? +3 to EA and some mana reservation, or a rare +1/+2 amulet with whatever other affixes you want). Can replace taste of hate with a Basalt flask and craft movespeed/veiled 3% life regen. Ponopticon is removed so you path to Surveilence instead (should be more or less same amount of passive points). That's the changes i'd make at first glance, dps would stay more or less the same, but the EHP takes abit of a hit (Still 100k ehp in my pob)
@@Casual_ND wow thx fore the detailed answer. i think i still start with this. i played it in 3.24 in ssf and had a blast with it and was far away from endgame gear. thx alot
@@mzbarsk From what I remmember this build was pretty min-maxed and very tight on passive points, adding another cluster would be quite difficult. And the pathing doesn't really suck, it's the same amount of points it'd take to path to Ponopticon.
Buy a buttload of Chromatic orbs, and use "At least three red sockets" at the craftbench. you can either spam untill you get 4 red or use once for 3, then get some white sockets with Vorici (TFT).
It gives us 2 more golems, which increase the bonuses from the other golums, most importantly Choas golem's for the additional needed phys reduction. Dmg isn't much of a problem in this build. You can take flame golem instead if you care less about defense.
@@pedroferreiraconstantinoNothing really changes apart from the loss of Wildwood charms, so we lose 60-70% golem effect and about 16% mana reservation. You can maybe get more Primordial Eminences for the golem effect loss, and a small reservation cluster jewel for the loss of reservation. You can follow the current PoB as is, there are multiple gear sets that fit a league start scenario.

Hey! I'm very happy to hear that I could help a new player, welcome and good luck!
Amazing job. Great detailed build and the defenses are a carrer it self 😅

how it goes?

Looks tanky as hell, currently playing Penance Brand Inquisitor and getting bored, might try this out.

just wondering mana is a problem late game ? cus is saw the POB having charm on 85-95 Mid game / red maps
