Luuk Woudstra Bro, Johnny Craig is the lovable rogue bc he’s done some fucked up shit in his personal life, but his talent makes it so I just can’t not root for him. He’s basically the Dr House of the post-core scene But seriously, I’m overdosing on nostalgia.
ok, 3:29 Sean slips and big falls on his back into the crowd. At The Same Time, Jonny kicks very close in Sean's general vicinity so it really looks like Jonny kicked him down. And Then! Jon sees Sean on the floor and decides to make that a thing and knee slides down towards him. adding his own bizarre flailings into an already bizarre situation. all the while, Sean never stops playing the guitar this looks so dang fun lol
And everyone always gushes on Will, but hre too, Sean O'Sullivan is Rocking the F* OUT! Him and Will Playing off each other back and forth with the lead riffs is what made DBM special to me~
This is sickening. This is an amazing performance by an amazing band and this crowd has no business being there, regardless of whether or not the band is 'known' yet.
hahaha I love the random close-ups of the crowd, so many highlights: "how did I get here?" at 2:20 "oh fuck my period starts" at 3:22 mad rad hair at 4:25 and probably the only ones who are familiar with the band at 4:17

Although the crowd isn't very active physically, I can sense they are engaged mentally. Almost like the talent doesn't match the setting they're playing in and they're trying to process it.
Outstanding performance -- arguably one of their best of all time. What the hell is the crowd doing? You don't have to know a song or band to have a good time to good music...
This is in ohio! i see my friend in the crowd! i think alliance ohio, he's the one wearing the shirt that says "SOC". Skies of Crimson was a local band in the youngstown/boardman/salem area
First time I hear DGD, it already took me so much and became a fan. I heard their live about only 5 months ago and I was like what? Is this really the band I feel so much emotion in their music? Seeing their old selves now made me feel a little better. This is how I wanted it. Great live.
I kinda wish dance Gavin dance would just for laughs preform like this again. Falling everywhere, no stage or nothin just a little gig with a bunch of crackhead dance moves
all those kids are like dude we are way to cool to dance, lets just fold our arms and act like this isnt up to our standards lol but secretly they think HOLY FUCK THIS IS GREAT.
Man this crowd is horrible except for the 2 mom figures and the young scene kid whos smiling and bobbing his head the whole way through, they got a crowd full of people not prepared for the wheedlie wheedlies
everyone there was either really jealous of that raw talent they witnessed and wished they had it. Or everyone was depressed and shit their pants which is why the are all standing awkwardly stiff.
3:29 when he doesnt hit that note, he probably couldnt at the time, he most likely improved his singing over time which really gives me hope as a singer too. :)
this shit was prime, if I was there best be damn id be in he crowd getting hella hyped, good show! lucky that you went I was still a sperm really when this happened
The crowd are not aware they are experiencing greatness. This is a rare moment.
Wow, jonny hitting those notes perfectly and knowing his lyrics. This is how dgd SHOULD be
And then drugs happened.
the fucking mullet ruined everything
@@Daniwasinvented drugs at already happened at this point

the great and mighty cheese wheel if only they knew what they were witnessing
If only the crowd knew what some of men standing in front of them would go on to achieve.
These kids had NO idea what they were witnessing.
2:19 - 2:25 "Uhhh hi. My name is Kurt Travis and I just heard this band called Dance Gavin Dance for the first time. They were pretty cool I guess."
cracking up at this.
wasnt that kellin hahaha
Nah thats Kurt.
if only he knew he would be singing for them not all that long after
He looks so young haha
Please never delete this.
Holy shit, I would give a lot to be able to have gone to this.
Love how Will plays the exact same way today. Just rocking out in place and feeling the music. \M/

I love that the band were so much more into it than the crowd were!
god look at them mid-2000's flare jeans
loucifer I want some
loucifer WAIT A GODAMN DICK I SAW U AT THAT KELLIN QUIN DGD TRIAL VIDEO SAYING SOME SHIT ABOUT HOW DGD FANS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A CERTAIN WAY
Is that a real slayer shirt? Cause I need it
Everybody was wearing them, even Jonny
crowd looks so bored. i bet the crowd regrets it now. DGD grew, and imo is one amazing band
Saw this show after show... standing around like fucking zombies
LIJ4Productions right, like how could they not be getting down to this shit. I'd be jumping around swinging my arms and shit.

At least there were no smartphones, I guess. It really is just genuine boredom too. Just awful.

i LOVE how raw this video is!! look how hype they all are!! putting so much emotion into their stage presence. so sick!
The crowd was just in total shock of the awesomeness that is DGD. The close ups of those kids faces were hilarious
"Save you - save you!" Man. this footage is everything!!!! They crushed it

Nobody doubted that these dudes killed it from day 1 but Im glad there is footage of the slaying
I wish I could time travel back to this show and experience it live.
I literally said the same exact shit wtf I wish smh😢
This is like my favorite video of DGD.
This is truly the greatest thing to exist on the planet.
lol kurt had no idea he would end up part of this in this video
ESKIMO SWAN!
People did not know where they were going... The best one
I saw them in 2009. Watching the crowd in this is so damn sad.
Guy with the DGD shirt next to Jonny at 4:12..............first DGD fan ever......shit, I'd feel like such a boss.
I see the update in the description. Glad to know this channel is still ran by someone
Jon Mess with the moon boots
always dancing lmao
Jonny literally hits every note in this song. My god, why can't he be like this today?
He literally sounds just like the ep version. This is incredible to look back at
The guy at 2:17 🤣 shook
*"I've never heard anything like this??? Is this real life?"* 🤔
That's kurt Travis actually 😂
This crowd is sad, an amazing band with the man himself, Mr. Craig
No one could handle the epicness that was DGD. They had no idea what they were witnessing.
The crowd at that Marriott lobby never knew what hit them. Standing there like their check-in times got pushed back. 😂
this is the best video i've seen on the internet this year
i like how the stage is just a floor. and i like the way they move around it.
im so glad this moment was captured on film hahah. too good.
This is such an amazing performance. jonny was on key and matt and will were tight af like usual
This is still the best video ever for so many reasons LMAO. like it’s genuinely dope to hear but the crowd is a whole other layer of shit 😂
