    Why I love Showa's the change and development that occurs as they age and progress, Growing on 4 at the moment, from ISA and Dainichi all where 25 to 28 cm on purchase even though only had them a few months the change is already noticeable , be great to see how Ricky's two turn out in the coming months . Great video as always Ricky !👍👍

    Great information as always. All u ever hear from people is body shape, body shape like a torpedo, but it's good to see you go more into depth and be more descriptive i.e the narrow triangle 👏🏼

    Lovely fish I think that that dianichi Showa elite koi got off you 2 weeks ago week is the prettiest of the lot
    How big do u think these male super monster blood line can get up to in ideal conditions given their amazing body structure and mass

    • @KoiWholesale
      @KoiWholesale  Год назад

      The males of Dainichi full stop can reach jumbo sizes with very big bodies. It’s all about the bone structure and you can see from the 2 different fish in this video.

    Great critique. With the cost of electricity a video on heating would be welcome. I've got a Tosai showa growing indoors currently at 12c and it's killing me not putting the heater on, should I just put it on and keep at 24c?

    • @KoiWholesale

    Hi
    If the body line nips in like you say near the tail when it’s a young fish, will that body shape ever change?
    Thanks Ian

    • @KoiWholesale
      @KoiWholesale  Год назад

      No because generally it’s part of the structure. You can change it a little with food control but it will never change.
