One day you should get a group to meet up and you can create a mock fight scene. As you make it up you can show of different techniques. Modern Wing Chun/MMA/Boxing fight scenes would be pretty epic on RUclips.
Besides being a great master your also a comedian and you are one of the best of how you explain everything so perfectly and as you explain something funny is said in the process that makes you unique in your mastery. Thank you master!

It depends on if you've practiced your block 10,000 + times, otherwise that kick will just blow through your block. That is, if you were even able to see it coming to begin with.
Again, it depends on how strong you are compared to them. But more importantly in this situation, why and how would you get your actual knee that high? Let alone fast enough.
+brackonstudios are u sure ? even if I am a lot weaker than he guy if he throws a leg kick to the thigh and I stick my knee up he can be the worlds strongest man he is hurting his leg
So many exercises are good..But personally in my younger days,i liked this type of trainng..Take ur time at first 2 correct posture,so u can perfect it..Then naturally u progress and push urself harder..Good video..
Master Wong, I know that you have already done a video on how to disarm someone with a gun but I've noticed that in most robbery cases people hold the gun back near their head so that you cannot reach it. If you have time, could you make a lesson on how to disarm someone who is holding their gun away from your reach. :D
so master Wong , I have noticed when people get into fights most of the time they are very ungrounded and or angry and letting that emotion drive them . I was wondering how to keep a cool head and fight smart if the situation arises to defend my self

Strength comes in 2 different form. Internal strength and external strength. It depends which one you want to train. As an example, martial artist train internal and body builders or weight lifters build external strength.

depends how much you can cope with. If you can do 2 sets in 1 min then thats average. 3 sets is good. But make sure your doing it properly which is more important then the speed.

You must always have love for yourself. There is only one you. Never speak badly about yourself and never speak badly about others, for judging another being is judging yourself. Always understand, the first step to approaching anything is to have 'mind over matter' in your head. Mindset is everything. As far as motivation for exercising, the plain and simple answer is you need to have a reason. Whether it be to raise your confidence, to be able to protect yourself, to be able to protect those you love, or to just become a better person overall. Once you dedicate yourself, it becomes easier day by day and your body, spirit and mind will all benefit.
Man, I wish some big studio would cast master Wong to an action comedy!
