Degradation of mental health is a serious problem here in America, and it shows.
Republicans took mental health off of the federal budget and ceased assisting the states. It was suddenly 100% the responsibility of the already struggling states. Joker was a good movie partly because at the beginning we see that his mental healthcare was suddenly stopped. Guess why that happened.

How else can the Republicans get away with tax cuts that increased the deficit directly and blame the increase in the deficit on spending that increases because of the inflation that comes from the wealthy having more money to spend from the tax cuts. For anyone listening in, prices go up based on how much people have to spend. Tax cuts increase the amount that people have to spend and inflation results.
