Throughout my whole life I've gotten so much inspiration from characters in my favorite TV shows, books, movies, etc -- and I only started calling myself a witch last year! I love that more people are working with gnomes. I am currently working on making a tarot deck, more of a chaos or Black Magick one. Gnomes are very key in opening up that Mother Earth energy. They are very intuitive and Lunar/Cancer in how they communicate. Although we can't fully understand them, we can experience something unique and profound with them. This was a good video. Love this video!! I am too shy to do a VR. 😂 However, I do have a couple of ancient Druid ancestors who double as spirit guides and enjoy helping and guiding me in my magical practice. We communicate primarily via pendulums. This year I am interested in building new relationships with local land spirits. It is challenging since I am native to Michigan now living in Florida. But your videos and our current book club book give inspiration to help with that. 💜✨

I highly recommend looking into the (publicly shared) indigenous beliefs around the Bigfoot creature. So many cultures indigenous to North America have a Bigfoot type creature such as Sabé, Sasquatch, etc. It is very interesting to me that even places with no contact with other cultures can have similar spirits and folklore. It is quite interesting!

The Morrigan is my goddess, and our contract forbids me to discuss details of our work together. This past winter has been challenging for me, healthwise, so difficult that I haven't made it up into my grove of trees. But I can see my friend Mother Bramley from my chair in the study, and she knows I'm still here. I look forward to sitting with her this summer and catching up with everything.
I thought it was interesting that the gift shop at Snoqualmie Falls stopped carrying Bigfoot swag because feedback from local Native American tribes were not comfortable with it because Sasquatch is more of a holy/spiritual figure. So part of the land (?) agreement is that the Bigfoot paraphernalia would be dropped. I have an enormous cedar in our yard and my plan for this year is to engage with him.
History is wild. I remember hearing in my math studies that Pythagoras had a cult and they unalived someone because that person disproved on of the cults theories. I need to look into that more. Good luck with your research and experiments.

Hi Ivy! I also have a background in science and last year thought all of this was nonsense, but now I'm finally connecting with my spirituality for the first time. Your videos on meditation, astral work, and world building have been exactly what I need and I've been having so much fun building out my own mind palace. I planted a money tree yesterday and watered it this morning, and when I came out of meditation I saw my paycheck had been deposited lol! I have a question though. How did you contact and communicate with an external force for the first time? Whenever I try, it feels like I'm trying to play the role of the spirit with my own brain, and not that I'm communicating with something external. I'd love some advice on how to make that jump from purely internal experiences.

Listen, I would definitely be interested to hear your results from working with Bigfoot, etc. I do a lot of dream magic, and this includes working with animal spirits that show up in my dreams. I have some regulars, and the occasional random animal. Bigfoot, however, has come a few times recently, and I was considering working with it myself. (Although, you are in a hotbed state for Bigfoot activity, which may make it easier.) In one of the dreams, Bigfoot walked by me, mumbling something, wearing a black leather vest with primitive white symbols painted on the vest, not quite, but similar to Runes. No idea, but I wanted to explore that.
I have been very reluctant to work with spirits up to this point in my relatively new journey down the magik path. However I have been attracted to and working on a relationship with a group of (probably) maple trees in a park I stop at every morning on the way to my office job to ground myself and set the mood for my day. I think I am ready to try your tree meditation with them. For the moment, I will leave the working with house spirits and other entities/deities to my adult witchy child who lives with me. I think you've mentioned mugwort in your videos before so I was curious if you'd worked with more entheogenic plant spirits in your practice? I've come across other witches that work with plants, herbalism, botanical spirits etc. and use entheogenic plants mundanely and I've met people that work with the 🍄🌿 who are really spiritual; but so far not really others who have a spiritual connection with those plants in their practice as one would like rosemary, sage, or mint for example. 🤔 I personally akin mama Mycelium and Divine Sativa basically to whole beings in their own rights, physical plants but also spirits that align with us to heal, connect, teach us, not to mention the energy we've poured into them as a society, essentially having our own folk lore of them. Was wondering what your perspective is on it 😊

It varies so much depending on the spirit! Sometimes I'll begin by leaving offerings. I can tell energetically if the offering is accepted or not because when I leave the space and come back... it feels a little extra sparkly and special. It's really hard to explain. But then there are other times where I use my tarot cards to communicate (or you could use a pendulum) and simply ask outright if they want to work with me. If I am consistently trying to reach out with no answer and if it feels like my offerings aren't being accepted, then I know that spirit isn't interested in a relationship.
Oh! Oh! So along the lines of chaos theory, I've been looking at putting together a spiritual pokemon team! Raichu is the only one I've put a lot of effort into so far. But how cool is the idea of using moves like protect or helping hand?!
Big foot is definitely real but there's numerous of the species that is "big foot" and has been seen on forest trail cams numerous times, I recommend looking up state/government ran forest trail cam footage that is illegal to edit for them to post and there's so many beings that avoid humans in the forests and 'big foot' and skinwalkers are a couple of them often seen.
You might check out Ellis (and the Ellis LS sigil) if you've not run across it. She and it might be helpful in these sort of pursuits. There's a 2 part lecture here on youtube about it.
As a psychic my experience tells me that many big foot arr actually spirits of Neanderthals or early hominids. Bat swatch could be a dinosaur age crraturr
I heard that Isaac Newton was possibly autistic, which could explain a lot, like his adversion to being around people, being able to spend most of his time in deep study with topics he was passionate about, his adversion to relationships, his odd behavior and personality, even his rudeness. Still possible he didnt like women... I have a hard time imagining someone in his time and place and status not having discriminatory beliefs towards women. A lot of peoples's open-mindedness only covers themselves.
