I find Beatmaker 3 runs good on my old iPad (2018) even with plenty of other synth plugs running inside BM3. I originally had it on an ancient iPad Mini 2 (2014), ran really well in that too, although I didn't try running plugins in it!

What I love about bmkr3 is that it works great even with low end devices like the cheap entry level ipad I got on sale for $200. Much less than a mac but the sound result with b3 is so incredible.
I love beatmaker 3 , the work flow is definitely the best and easiest to use . I just wish the sounds was a lil more beefier coming out. Ima fan of one stop shops . I feel u need to bounce all your BM3 tracks into a real DAW to get a better sound . But if it came out the can already beefed up I think more producers would use it

You inspired me to get BM3 but it glitches and crashes my 2018 iPad's A10 chip so I went back to Cubasis 3 with EG Pulse but only until I can upgrade. I'm also sick so your work ethic is inspiring to me, too!
That's weird, I have the exact same iPad, no problem with mine. Ok, it might crash very occasionally, but its rare. I even run multiple instances of synth plugins with no issues. I do reboot my iPad every time I use it, I do that a lot with my devices, I find that helps a lot with stability (because of memory fragmentation).

Now, I am realizing the chopping of what my current music is maturing to. How do u make a sample loops chop sound more organic with more life than just a sample dat is definitely chopped????
Manipulate each sound individually. A whole bank per sound gives you more room to mess with essentially. And organization. He uses each bank as a track - similar to DAWS. Also i realized he can tell what sound is playing because its one sound per bank as if it was one bank you would have select it to see what sound is playing.

@@lundsweden Good to know. Which synths are you using? I think BM3 is particularly resource intensive.
I'm using TAL UNO-LX, SWAM Trumpet/Sax, Minimoog and Korg Wavestation. I usually only run 2-3 if these at a time though
