Touching, intimate, eye opening. Being vulnerable isn't something people should try to hide. The world needs to stop performing, trying to bend reality to create something ideal. Poetically beautiful well said, our journey is the only trip we have in this life and we must be our most authentic selfs despite the rocky road ahead, most of the time we are so much in auto-pilot and we are taught as you said to be individuals we forget to be self-aware of how we affect others. Luckily being mindful and wellness is a new trend, hopefully here to stick and all of us can heal. (:
