Some great footage there Tmf , the drone footage really shows the magnitude of the area !!! Immense . Great to watch you and the Mrs having a trip of a lifetime , still have a vision of the real Alf Garnet now after you mentioned the name .😁😁
Got home from an hour and a half ride on my GS...got some lunch and then watched you two traveling in Alaska. Perfect .Great scenery in such vast landscapes .
Absolutely love that you guys are taking us on a magnificent trip again. These are always my favourite. Hope the both of you are having a great time, but I'm pretty confident you are ,)
I love Alaska. I live on the Central Coast Calif. and finally made it to Alaska this summer. It was a cruise ship visit which was great but when I saw guys on bikes touring I was jealous. Beautiful views. Great coverage as usual.
I loved your Thailand series and am glad to be able to follow along with you and your wife on this one! Point of info since you noted the vastness of AK (our largest state by size), it’s more than 7x the size of the U.K.!
Loving the tour already, and like the fact that you can go at your own pace, though all stops are pinned for you if needed. 'All the fun with none of the hassle' touring.
Loving this new series, Andy! When you are surrounded by amazing scenery it can be quite difficult to keep to the right side of the road. Keep up the great work.
Spectacular scenery! But your touring companions seem quite reserved in their praise of the tour so far! Thankyou, I'm very much looking forward to more episodes
Very similar roads to Western Australia, we live in Albany, 500klm to Perth one road, put it in the sat nav and it tells you turn right in 450klm and you’ve reached your destination!
Hi Andy, just watched this on the smart tv-what a difference from the iphone and laptop ive been watching you on for the last 2 years.Epic scenery, especiallythe drone shots. As with all the best episodes, this one was over in a flash. Will have to watch the Norway trip again,on the tv.Keep up the good work.atb.
Alaska is definitely on my bucket list. So is the Yukon, You got lucky with the weather this year. I ride alone most of the time, nice to have someone to share the experience. It’s also nice to have a buddy JIK. Some of these roads are very long and lonely.
So fun to watch these vids from this trip. Lived in Fairbanks for four years, then rode a KLR 650 to Seattle when I next moved houses … circa 2002. Thank you!
Andy, good to see you on another trip. I’m enjoying your trip so far. Yes, switch up for on. Ha, ha. Just the way it is in the USA, down would feel strange. Your trip may be over by now, hope you & Mrs. Flyer had a safe & excellent trip.
The interviews/introductions were epic - loved it...you do realize between your mates back home and your lovely wife...you are becoming a sidekick to them...hahah!!!...Great video and scenery...Well done!!!
Wow amazing with stunning view and panoramic scenery from the motorbike and drone. It was also nice how flying law apply to flying drones. the rest stops look nice places. Alaska is one of those places you need to visit before you die, well may on a bucket list. I look forward to the next one Mr flyer.
Another good one. Yes, the GoPro just doesn't do it justice. It's so big. I travel up as often as I can. Stay in Fairbanks in a rental dry cabin and run around during the long days of 20 plus hours. A lot to see in every direction. At 67, if a big if, I had been there early on I would have never came back home. Long winters, but the BS of the lower 48 isn't there. It's more getting ready for winter and enjoying the summer. Only two seasons. Great motorcycling. Take care.
FAIRBANKS!! Yes, (2) seasons - COLD, and MOSQUITOS. "Cold" means -30°F (-34°C) at 3:00 pm, and icy roads. In summer, I'm surprised that your windscreen has stayed so clear!
Hey Andy! What a great tour in the making and a fabulous way to do it. I love the flexibility on offer. The only thing that seems fixed are the waypoints. Nice. Did you see the way Mrs Flyer dived onto that bed! And what did you do? Find the 'restroom' and moan about the switch. Lol. BTW, take a look in your fuse box when you get home and check to see which way the switches go for 'on'. Take care. I'm just getting into Episode 3.
When hiking in northern Sweden it was often pretty hard to get a tent peg in, this when it was 20c. Getting the tent peg out it became obvious why - it was freezing cold only a few inches below the ground. Nothing grows more than a few feet high.
Hi to Mr & Mrs Flyer. I am enjoying your video. Your comments on the vastness of Alaska. It is a beautiful country. May be at some stage you will get the chance to come and ride in Australia.
Just watching Itchy Boots in Canada flying her drone so a little surprised as a holder of a PPL you didn't get permission. Great videos on this trip but any drone footage always enhances the sense of space to the landscapes. Safe travelling both.
Yes I agree that drone footage is good - I can't speak for what Noraly does of course but my research indicated flying my > 250g Mavic Air was too hard in Canada (permission required for each flight seperately with detials of flight times and locations - not practical for this sort of trip)....
Another great Video guys 👌🏽👏🏽 I did see episode 1, episode 2 is just beautiful, absolutely stunning place, I've already Visualized in my mind's eye🤣 riding through those gorgeous mountains... very therapeutic.. wow loved the use of the drone, many thanks, 💛👍🏽👍🏽😊
Thanks for sharing your ride. Tok is a bit of an “empty crossroads” place but still busy. You will enjoy Dawson City after riding the awesome Top of the World highway. Hope the weather stays fine for you. Ride safe!
Maybe you run into Noraly. She is there, somewhere in the British Columbia I think. Love that you are on the road again and follow your adventure every time. Ride safe.
Those "skinny pine trees." You pointed out looked like Black Spruce trees. Which typically grow over areas of permanent frost..in the native language they call those areas 'Taiga' which means 'Little sticks'. You are correct about the permafrost stunting their growth. Black Spruce is very resinous and burns quite easily so forest fires can spread rapidly in those patches. Safe travels! CHEERS!
Alaska...a place I've always wanted to visit but never had the opportunity. Thanks for taking me there. You will enjoy British Columbia. It's spectacular.
The area at the Tok junction when you turned off the Richardson hwy is where I grew up in Ak. So glad you were able to pass through. Really enjoying you video series, well done as usual.
Thanks for another beautiful episode. The Mrs and I also did a two-up GS tour in Canada this year. Like you, we found the services few, far between, and “not of a high standard.” Luckily the scenery makes up for the ruggedness. Can’t wait for the next episode, and thanks again.
Great video, as always. Just love that scenery... WOW 😎 Now, regarding the American light switches... My understanding (I'm an Electrical Engineer!!), is that UP for ON is regarding safety!! In conclusion, this may be the ONLY thing the Americans have got right. However, it definatly does NOT make up for the fact that they STILL use Imperial units 😱 😎
My job has taken me to Alaska a couple of time. Hope to take a ride on the bike there someday. It's hard to explain how stunning the scenery is in that part of the world.
After three weeks in Canada we took a week to adjust back to the GB, everything seemed so small and crowded. I do like the flexibility of that tour as I like to stop a lot too for photos etc., enjoying the videos…
Andy @19:57 just like me... aahhhhh up the bike... Have you tried jumping in first, with you left foot on the peg, and then let Mrs. Flyer up, with the same technique? EDIT: Thanks for sharing! Really cool!

Really loving this tour and particularly Mrs Flyer. What a star. Can't wait for the next episode.
That’s my old stomping grounds! I rode all over Alaska and the Yukon when I lived up there. GS country, for sure.
Yes, great machine for it!
Loving it, what super sights looking forward to watching the full trip. 🙂👍👍👍👍👍
You've got lots of catching up to do Mike!
Spectacular - thanks Mr and Mrs Flyer.
Our pleasure!
Andy showing us what a good life is all about. Good travel, fun people, gorgeous wife, enjoying bikes and life. Keep the great videos coming!
Bear in mind I only show you the good bits...no-one has a perfect life with no problems......I'm not complaining though!

I love Alaska. I live on the Central Coast Calif. and finally made it to Alaska this summer. It was a cruise ship visit which was great but when I saw guys on bikes touring I was jealous. Beautiful views. Great coverage as usual.
Cheers Larry….get back up there on your bike!
Love that you are on the road again. Roads and seanary like Norway. Keep on showing us the rest of the trip. Ride safe my fellow GS-rider!👍
Glad you liked it! Stay tuned - loads more to come!
Nice to see some of your group. The ride has been very beautiful.
Thanks for watching!
So refreshing and relaxing to see the Flyers having fun in the great state of Alaska. Cheerio 🏍 🛫 🌞 👍🏼
Glad you enjoyed it!
I loved your Thailand series and am glad to be able to follow along with you and your wife on this one! Point of info since you noted the vastness of AK (our largest state by size), it’s more than 7x the size of the U.K.!
Enjoying your adventures! Drone footage is amazing! Very fun day!
Cheers Russ!
You guys are totally couple goals and I love watching this!
Loving the tour already, and like the fact that you can go at your own pace, though all stops are pinned for you if needed. 'All the fun with none of the hassle' touring.
It is exactly that Gary - superbly planned and executed by the Motorrad guys and gals....
Aaaaah, that road, in my mind, my Guzzi is rumbling along, and then superceded with the T120 🙂
Again, thank you.
Hi Andy, and Mrs flyer, yes light switches are the same in Sweden 😂you get used to it Andy, OCDC😂🇸🇪🏍👍Enjoy your trip looks great 👍
Loving this new series, Andy! When you are surrounded by amazing scenery it can be quite difficult to keep to the right side of the road. Keep up the great work.
What an amazing trip, Mr& Mrs flyer & such amazing scenery! can't wait for the next one!
Glad you enjoyed it - next episode next Wednesday.....stay tuned!
Spectacular scenery! But your touring companions seem quite reserved in their praise of the tour so far! Thankyou, I'm very much looking forward to more episodes
They loosen up after a few days of incredible riding - bear in mind this is still only Day 1 of the tour! ....and it was 21 says long....
Only on episode 2. But looking forward to following your trip. Certainly nice to see some sun freezing in Scotland today.
Glad you’re enjoying it so far - this trip gets better and better!
This is a wonderful video, and a powerful reminder.
The whole planet looked beautiful, silent, and unspoiled some time in prehistory.
Glad you liked it! Stay tuned - loads more to come!
The sound of your drone, reminded me of our Mosquitos, and perhaps or “Bulldogs” as Horseflies are called in the NWT. 😉😎👍🏻
Yes my drone is about the same size as the mosquitos too!
Lovely stuff -- thanks again and glad to see you both enjoying it.
Thanks for watching Stephen!
Very similar roads to Western Australia, we live in Albany, 500klm to Perth one road, put it in the sat nav and it tells you turn right in 450klm and you’ve reached your destination!
Hilarious isn't it!

Yes deffo best watched on the big screen…
Many thanks for a enjoyable video with quality drone footage
My pleasure - thanks for watching!
What's not to like. Motorbikes, drones, great scenery and a glamorous assistant. Great video.
Couldn't agree more!

These are the videos I enjoy the most in your channel. Great job, you two, and thanks

"A red or blue..." Brilliant!

Welcome to America Mr. & Mrs Flyer!
Thank you - good to be back!
Great upload, thanks both! It's like Scotland on the Marshall scale; turned up to 11!
Exactly!

Hi to Mr & Mrs Flyer. I am enjoying your video. Your comments on the vastness of Alaska. It is a beautiful country. May be at some stage you will get the chance to come and ride in Australia.
Definately on the "to do" list.....
Great call showing the map before you started in with the beers, Andy (or G&T’s in the case of Carole). Nice ride.
Glad you enjoyed it - stay tuned for more soon!
Our you here with Jim , no I’m hear with my husband 😂😂 priceless
I love MRS Flyer she’s the best “oh good night” 😂😂

Morning Andy. So you’ve ticked Tok off your list 😁
Nicely done Nigel!
Looks fantastic ,quite envious ,safe travels you two .Enjoy!👍🍻
Cheers Chris!
Makes you want a touring bike. Might look at the 850GS
Well done Mrs F!! Stand out moment.
Those "skinny pine trees." You pointed out looked like Black Spruce trees. Thank you Framus - every day is a school day! And yes we saw a lot of evidence of forest fires on our trip..
Isn’t it good how motorcyclist talk and have this connection that car driver’s just don’t have , great filming by the way
Thank you Donna!
Great tour so far with excellent 4k video and some uplifting music dronage too, almost reminds me of someone! A really good start to the series.
Maybe it’s the other way around (point of note: I was doing this long before that someone!! ….not to take anything away from that person obvs)….

Alaska...a place I've always wanted to visit but never had the opportunity. Thanks for taking me there. You will enjoy British Columbia. It's spectacular.
I know, I've been a few times before....
As expected this is proving to be compulsive viewing, thanks a bunch for sharing this with us Mr & Mrs Flyer .
Wow, thank you!
Loving the series. Beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing.
Another great trip, really enjoy them. Keep doing what you do. Love the ‘corrections’ in the video, can’t wait for the next episode.
Glad you like them! Next video coming on Wednesday!
Very picturesque scenery. Reminds me of Canada with all the pine trees from what i've seen on utube. Makes sense since they are next to one another.
Indeed...
Another spectacular episode TMF. The landscape appears almost primeval & is quite humbling in terns of it's scale & scope.
It certsinly was - the footage doesn't do it justice....
What an amazing episode!! 👍👍
Thank you!
Great vlog, remember I like to see your food and beer too 👍🏴
Lovely film , thanks both 👍

Great vid Andy! Can’t wait for the rest!
Excellent! Enjoying riding along!
Good stuff top marks for the Drone Footage adds a lot really worth it
Thanks!
Absolutely looking like a great tour!
Thanks Dan!
Great video, as always.
Just love that scenery... WOW 😎
Now, regarding the American light switches...
My understanding (I'm an Electrical Engineer!!), is that UP for ON is regarding safety!!
Think about it - If(?) you FALL against 'any' switch, then you are most likely to turn it OFF (Knock it DOWN).
This may seem a pain for lights, but think about all the machinery with switches!!
In conclusion, this may be the ONLY thing the Americans have got right. However, it definatly does NOT make up for the fact that they STILL use Imperial units 😱
😎
We use a mix of imperial and metric - what is that all about?!
My job has taken me to Alaska a couple of time. Hope to take a ride on the bike there someday. It's hard to explain how stunning the scenery is in that part of the world.
Yes - the camera doesn’t do it justice!
😂 heebie jeebies!! On the gravel… not what Mrs Flyer wants to hear!😂
Great entertainment. Looking forward to the trip and more joking with the group👍
We do a lot of gravel on this trip! Thanks for watching and for stopping by!

Yep - we’ve tried all methods!
The light switches in all of North America are on is up,unless you install them upside down lol!
Yet again, excellent tour video.
Absolutely stunning views up there.
It sure is Rob!
Great vlog. Great scenery. Ride safe.
Thanks, will do!
This seems like the perfect way to do a group tour with the freedom to explore. You killed it with the drone footage in this one TMF!
Thank you Bill!
Stunning footage Andy. Looks amazing
Many thanks Nige!
We may be one of the last generations that saw glaciers; they are declining fast. I’ve seen many in the Alps and in Norway.
You saw a few more I think.
Indeed, reminds me a lot about Norway.
Why don’t you use an external battery like I do. You can record for about 12 or more hours on one load; depending on the capacity of the battery. Battery is in my top pocket of the jacket and a cable from there to the camera.
Nice drone footage.
