    Keep up with your mindfulness practice with our seven-week guided meditation series. This session on working with difficulties such as physical and difficult emotions is led by Diana Winston from the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Institute.
    About the Speaker
    Diana Winston is the director of mindfulness education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC). She is the author of "The Little Book of Being" and the co-author of "Fully Present: The Science, Art and Practice of Mindfulness."
