Sir in last two lines, lastly when generate image, is that image appears respectively bright, dark, bright, dark against a colorful background?? Bcz you only said bright image is generated. Please could you clear my confusion?

Agar bright field microscopy me background aur sample dono bright hota toh fir microscopy karne ka kya faayda hai ...kyuki ...last me nil batte sannata hi milega ....I think sample dark and background bright dikhta hai isme ....plzz clear it ..
