Pretty sure it was. The file that this came from, was originally from Mark and Lards section of the Radio 1 website before it got taken down many years ago. They had each classic cut dated on there. Also they were doing the first series of Lards Classic Cuts around the time of 9/11. The one the day after this was pulled, as they were on the air when that was happening. And stopped doing the comedy stuff when the news of the second plane came through.
