And when you look at these facts, we must start to realise that when it's mentioned in the Islamic teaching that God himself has promised that he will protect the revelation of the Quran and the religion of islam because it's the last revelation humanity will receive until the end of times, then we must understand that so far, God has fulfilled this promise. And the people who go against it but fail everytime don't believe in God so they will come to try. But the believers will see the events of history and history of today as a sign that indeed God is fulfilling his promise as the religion of islam continues to spread and grow throughout the ages. And it continues to be unchanged and the Quran continues to be unaltered.
I'm a Muslim convert/revert and I have been so surprised how many converts openingly support the LGBTQ movements. It just really surprises me since we converts/reverts obviously did our homework before choosing Islam and as Dr. Qadhi said, struggling with these feelings isn't a sin but choosing to act on them is a sin. It just surprises me that many ignore "this part of the package" and openly support the movement

I have heard many many khutbas in this country and in other countries (including in the holy city of Medina). I declare that this khutba by Dr. Yasir Qadhi is the most inspiring and most illuminating that I've ever heard. From Virginia, I send my warmest appreciation to Dr. Qadhi.

Our country (Maldives) Khutbah's are repetitive and politically motivated. At the end of the Khthuba the Imam will make Dua's to give Thaufeeq and Strength to the so called democratically elected president and his elite who are corrupt to the core. Never make Dua's to give our Ummas, leaders of Thaquwa and Iman and Wisdom. Everyday before I go to Friday prayer, I watch one of Epic Masjid Kuthuba which increase my Iman. This is one of such Khthbah of Yasir Qadhi addressing a very important issue for our umma today. Thanks for uploading the Khuthba. May Allah bless you my brother.. Be grateful of the jumuah Salah. It is unity between you and your community. And everything you need to know to strengthen your imaan comes from your 5 daily Salah and the Quran.. Take time out to read the book of Allah.. And as your tears flow, you will understand that the Quran and Sunnah is the only two tools you need to be stedfast on the truth. Even if the people in charge of your mosque have other motives. You can also make dua for your community and the ummah. If you want to do a dua that Allah will inshaAllah accept, then recite a durood, then say your dua, then repeat durood again and say ameen. The Prophet also said to think carefully about the dua you want to make and why. And give thought to your duas. For example, do not ask for Sabr.. But ask for ease instead. Because if you aks for Sabr, Allah could give you a test to increase your Sabr.. So instead ask for ease from your difficulties. You can also make this dua for ummah: Allahumag firlee, Umathi, Muhammadin Salal-lahu alayhi wa Sal-lam. .. Meaning, oh Allah, forgive the ummah of Muhammad (pbuh)
