    Pete Fountain played with Lawrence for about 2 years then went on his own and the rest is history as they say lol.

    Is there a musicians list? The clarinet is reminiscent of Fazola or Pete Fountain. Bob Havens present?

      Bob joined in 1960.

      @@bernardflegar8017 Thanks for that, I have a recording of Bob playing magnificently in 1957 with New Orleans veterans. He was marvellous then too.

      You're too right! Pete Fountain is featured on clarinet. If you skip to 15:42 you can read the back of album which mentions him.
