Great selection at that store. I had a Maker’s Mark BBQ sauce that was pretty good and a Canadian Club BBQ sauce someone gave me. 🥃

Use the cheapest bourbon that you. The alcohol will cook off. It comes down to do you like the taste? Same as using wine in cooking. I am sure you will love the sauce you make!
I hate to use too cheap of one, think I want something with a little flavor
I think I used Elijah Craig last time I made a batch. It came out with a nice bourbon flavor.
I could see that being a good one too. I will probably make up a base sauce and try different things with it
