  • When charges are continuously spread over a line, surface, or volume, the distribution is called continuous charge distribution. Charge density represents how crowded charges are at a specific point. Linear charge density represents charge per length. Surface charge density represents charge per area, and volume charge density represents charge per volume. For uniform charge distributions, charge densities are constant.

    Do each of the charge distribution formulae only work when the charge is evenly spread out?

    • @beinghimself
      @beinghimself 2 года назад

      He said in the end that if it’s the same in all of your object then it’s evenly spread out, and if it’s not then it’s not. It’s really like a concentration of charges, it doesn’t really have to apply somewhere and not somewhere else. You just use it when it fits you to describe the density of the charges jn a certain space
