Neal is very much under-appreciated! He is a true entertainer in every sense of the word and has a fantastic voice. He is the best "live" entertainer I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of them!
Neal's been doin' that Beverly Hillbilly rap for over 20 yrs now. Helluva entertainer. Helluva nice guy. I used to do a similar version to Funky Cold Medina about 15 yrs ago. I quit doing it cuz it took way too much energy to run around the stage and put on a show. I was the drummer, and by the time I finished doing the rap, I nearly needed an I V to finish the night! Good times though. The crowd loved it. Nobody does it like Neal. He's the original.
My daughter and I used to listen to this song every Friday before dropping her off at kindergarten. The radio station only played it at that time. Good memories.
I just saw him for the very first time last night at the Grizzly Rose in Denver, and he put on a GREAT show! The singers back in his day really had talent and put out some awesome songs. Miss the days of him, Singletary, Tracy Byrd, etc.
Seen him over a dozen times, all the way back to "If I Built You A Fire" days. He always does this song at his shows. He is an amazing performer and you should expect anything out of him. Very nice man, too. Loves to meet his fans.
Great video, I saw him a few years ago backing Montgomery Gentry and I think Neil stoled the show. He really had the crowd going. I never saw so many beer goggles.

I had no idea he sings I cought it on the mullet count down. ok now i'm more shocked because i had music station on my tv, I looked up to see who was singing a beautiful i'd never heard b4....it was Neal!!! let me tell ta, the voice he has is amazing!! I didnt catch the song title so i'll have to go through them all. ;)

I have seen him in concert many times over the years and this is still my favorite! He is an Entertainer in every sense of the word!

I saw Neal this past Saturday at Country Thunder and he always, always puts on one hell of a show. It was one of the best that entire weekend.

One of the greatest entertainers in country music. He's even won that award once. Still very underrated, though. He has a beautiful voice!
