i was out there in may and as a Dominican, im surprised how nice parts of santo domingo are. It almost made me think i was in miami. The way DR is going, it's best to buy real estate out there before prices get too expensive.

Yo im in the DR right now for a few days and was staying at the wrong places in town. Too touristy or loud so these videos saved me and I’m heading to patini!
Santiago was like this too construction wise, maybe 6 to 8 buildings going up where i stayed at. And the prices are amazing
