Ruina got the most simple looking skill. Its still good tho with 50 additional bubbles. Really usefull For rotation, the skill is fast hit is a plus because ruina need a fast rotation in her chain combo

Very useful with bubble management tho. Plus having a fast casting awakening skill is better than a slow casting skill, which is good for Ruina. I can't really be mad about that lol.
