any other gluten free people out there ?
yes I am. I journaled my symptoms and the cause of my problems were gluten. Every time I ate something containing it caused my system to go nuts in a horrible way.
I should be, cause im semi allergic to it

@@LuciaCordaro it was a fortunate experience that I could find this out by a cause and effect relationship between gluten and what kind of effect it caused to happen. That's why I have been gluten free for almost 2 years now.

Outside shoes must be taken off at the front door. However, I keep booties and spare slippers at the door for guests. And, I have a special pair of shoes just for walking my dog. Iykyk
