- April was a busy month for O'Hare but May is shaping up to be even busier. April saw ITA Airways launch new service from Rome, British Airways add another flight, Cathay Pacific increase service, and Frontier begin some of its many soon-to-come routes. Today's update is based between 12:45 to 1:30 and has a good amount of action.
Only THREE more airlines left to add until we have the whole lineup!

great airport update!
Nice job AS Aviation, loved the ITA and Lufthansa line up!! Keep up the good work!!
Sad to see Air New Zealand not present at ORD this summer due to maintenance issues. If only they would fly the triple 7 here!
I'm still surprised UA continues to use the 767-300 on the LHR route. Would like to see the 787-10 on that route. NZ will be missed this summer.
The 767s they use are the high J ones which have a huge business class cabin, perfect for LHR which is a premium route.
I think you should do a BMI update since Frontier starts back up seasonal service tomorrow! (4/25)
Excited for F9 to return, they’re flying the 321neo later on too. I’ll consider bmi at some point.
I flew on AMX 686 on April 1st and it was on a max 9. However, Aeromexico did alternate between the 737-800 and 737 max 8 and 9
Nice one! Would like to see another Pakistani airport when you get the time :)
Love the video, something to point out, the 747-8 can only fit on gates M17, M21, M29W and M34 so unless it was the 747-4 it can’t fit on M25W where you had it
That helps a ton, thanks for that!
@@ASAviation Absolutly! I currently work at T5. I was in the T5 Ramp control tower and now I work as an airport scheduling coordinator, mainly for T5. So I know what aircrafts fit at what gate along with the gate dependencies related to aircraft size and which one is blocked by what along with many other things. IF you have questions ask away!
Bro is back!
Very nice update man!!
Bonjour sur quelle site achetez-vous les avions ?
I have to admit. Even though my favorite airlines are JetBlue, Delta, and Breeze, at big international airports like JFK, Boston, Atlanta, LAX, and ORD, I like seeing the Heavies. Especially all the international Heavies. A380s are becoming rare nowadays. It’s also sad that for such a young quad 4 engine Wide Body it’s about to retire. The only carrier I expect to see A380s from is Emirates. Because Emirates is a larger A380 carrier. And they will be till 2030 with the A350s taking over. BA and LH A380s are becoming much more rarer than Emirates A380s. Still international heavies are fun to see at these big and busy international airports. Quad or Twin engine Bog Standard.
It makes a bit more sense now on why BA stopped A380 flights, because if they wanted to move to T3, they wouldn't have been able to use the A380. I am hoping that once the new Global Terminal is built, which will have additional A380 gates, BA might bring back the A380. But that will be 5+ years down the road and who knows if they will still even fly them then lol. I also did a little looking at their schedule, and I don't know exactly when the 3rd daily flight is going to start, but it should be soon as it is a summer seasonal flight. I saw it available to book when I looked at flights in June.
Man I really hope the A380 comes back. It was the only one flying here and now it’s gone.
Has CMI had any luck attracting another carrier and when are you going to fly out of SPI on Breeze
CMI is in the works but nothing as of yet. I’m planning to fly out of SPI on Breeze soon if everything works out.
Idk if u r aware but Southwest is cutting more than a third of its flights out of ORD
I did not know that!
They are cutting some routes because they don’t have enough planes. They were expecting to have gotten more new planes from Boeing by now. And we know that’s not going to change for a while.
Nice, Where Lahore, Karachi update?
Karachi hopefully will be out by next week
doesnt DL use 717s into ORD
Yes they use just about every narrowbody into ORD
