Jeeps, awesome as a 2 door, especially a Wrangler, even better in black, and even more better manual gearbox, and yet better again is the JK, (sorry the JLs to me just aren't as good in appearance!). Anyway great footage, especially when covered in mud!
I agree. EPA regulations are forcing them to develop more tech fuel and emission friendly cars. IE rip the strait 6 that was invincible thanks to Obama's era of regulations. Best engine that was in the wrangler isn't allowed. Next up expect all electric to be the only option
In a way sports are more fun to upgrade because they’re not as capable as a Rubicon and each upgrade makes a big difference in capability (problem is though is $)
Nice build! I have a 2018 JL Unlimited Sport S that has the 44 rear. If I (ever) upgrade, it will be with the either the ultimate 44, or the Dynatrac Pro Rock 44 set. If. Haha! Nice to see something other than a Rubicon!

I upgraded my front Dana 30 with a ultimate Dana 44 and I upgraded my rear Dana 35 to a rubicons Dana 44. I’m currently running 4:10 gears and honestly it’s not bad... I’m still hitting all my gears in my transmission,and getting 19-22 mpg. My Jeep has been tuned using the super chips tuner.. I’m currently replacing front and rear drive shafts. Also note there wasn’t a reason for me to upgrade my axles. The Dana 30/35 was holding up with the 37’s. Look me up on Instagram if you have any questions.. @southern_jl

@@dominionn09 FYI, if you got a 2020 JL Sport you should have a Dana 44 in the rear. I believe Jeep started adding them as standard equipment at some point this year. I didn't add the LSD option on my JL Sport but I still have a 44 in the rear

I wish Jeep would just make the dang wheels 1 inch wider. Would save so many people like me from having to buy new wheels and tires. I just don’t care for the look of 37’s on stock rims. Nice video!
Agreed, though I was surprised that they FINALLY started offing larger tires on the Rubicon models, then went with a less aggressive tread-sigh.... This Jeep is now on a beautiful set of beadlocks- videos coming soon.

@@mbperfection it rode nice. He blasted it back and forth from New Orleans to AR. Every 2 weeks at 80 with no issue. I know he played with a few spring, shock, control arm combos to find the best flex and ride.

I was avoiding a sport because I wanted 37's. Did you get any beefier axles or ring and pinion?
He has since upgraded to ultimate Ultimate 44's and I believe 5.13 gears.

He's since sold this jeep for a Gladiator.

There was more flex on the bbw with the trucker hat than there was on the Jeep.

I don't think he's wheeled it too hard on those stock axles but I do think he's got 1 ton's coming :)
