This was a live long two hour collaboration at Marks place. Mark does freestyle music and tries to freestyle too. Move Your Body was the freestyle gem that came out of that collab IMO. Do the 8 minute video though, not the 4 minute one.

"Yoda of the dark streets" is one of the few freestyle raps that Harry Mack does with with a chorus - where whole rap is broken down into verses that end with the chorus.....very cool indeed.
From what I understand, Harry picks Chat Topics at random to broaden the possibility of finding people who AREN'T fans yet. He loves coming across his fans, of course. Omegle, however, is where he really tries to connect with new potential fans.

At 7:13 you were talking about how we are always negative inside our heads. There's a rapper named NF and he has a song about that. Alot of his songs are about mental health. But this song in particular called "The Search" has 214 million views so he's definitely reaching people with his music. He can rap his ass off and he doesn't curse in any of his songs. You should DEFINITELY check out NF "The Search" the video is a cinematic masterpiece too with so much meaning to everything in it. It all has its place.

Important point - so many people say I can not change society and stay where they are, conditioned, working mechanically and being fragmented within. By concluding that it’s not changeable one already sets himself to be part of the problems in the world. Why not see if it’s possible? It seems necessary.. society starts with us and gets created through our relationships. They can be a mirror to lern the root of conflict because zoomed out similar things are happening on a bigger scale and with dangerous technological capabilities in the world.
While enquiring into our self, the book of humanity, one would see that we are part of the creation of this society. If we change and be a light to ourselves, others will follow without forcing that. Our actions might be from love and not with egoistic interests, caught in the cycle of cause and effect, with a psyche working on reward and punishment.

I’m loving your Harry Mack journey and glad you are going in order, it takes me back to when I first discovered him years ago. I can’t wait until you do Guerrilla Bars as well. Take your time and don’t let anyone rush you to get to the 80s, however, I would suggest that you check out his website ASAP because he is going on tour in the next few months all around the country and to Europe and heavily promotes it in later episodes. I know you’d be hating yourself later if you watch for the next few months then get to the point when he’s going on tour but you missed your chance to get tickets in your town. I’m so excited I’ve got tickets for San Diego in March for the first night of the tour. I’ve heard he’s incredible live and in person.

You know, now that you mention it, if they wanted to do a biopic about _Audrey Hepburn,_ that 2nd girl could pull it off naturally.
About people being encounters to change someone's life for better or for worse. I realized since we don't know what someone is going through, especially if we haven't seen someone in a while. We ask how are you? They can be going through a lot that we don't know about and when I'm asked it I've had moments where I say okay or I'm fine but I thought at that time am I really? It surfaces. So instead I say hey its good to see you! That's way better! Literally the words we say and how we say it shapes other people's internal dialogue. So if they are having a rough time they may have moments if remembering that someone said it was good to see them. Also when it's repeated, having a lot of exposure to the same words and treatment affects our self esteem, even becoming beliefs and not just thoughts. Especially when it comes to children. Sticks and stones may break our bones but your words will shape their growing souls.
