good drill to use for my middle school team
correct. not for a college team.
@@musicsuxnowadays why not? You gonna do fundamentals all your life.
The worst part is we do this drill last, so you be exhausted that’s why there’re messing up
7 billion people on earth and we can’t find 15 that can do this drill perfect like the coaches want it
Ok, so i was talking with my assistant coaches this week as to how we can practice layups in a high intensity setting that practices proper wide lane running.
Then this pops up in my recommends
This a great coach. I’d love to play for him
do they call it the laker lay-ups because theres no defense?
NO! Bc the Lakers use to run this drill back in the days...
@@laurancebaker99 every high school and college team has most likely run this drill ............... my old HS did. this is weak AF.
Lau'Rance Baker r/woosh
Lau'Rance Baker r/whoosh
Say what 😅
Great drill!
We did the same drill in HS and had to reach a certain number. The kicker was yo beat the previous number all the time. Lol
GOOOD NOLAN!!!!!
Y is this in my recommend
So you can go outside Instead of playing roblox.
Love this
I just found a new drill
Before these kids start trying to hoist up 30ft 3s ala Steph Curry they should be learning how to make layups. This is an excellent drill for kids learning the game of basketball along with shooting free throws.
Send Odom to College Park.
Good ass coach honestly
Dam...i don't miss those days lol
Why not? It's better than getting up at 6 every morning to go work with a bunch of idiots I don't like. Wish I didn't take it for granted back then.
Why are they doing bounce passes you arent supposed to let it touch the ground or you run more
This gives you better ball catch skills.
It's to practice being able to bring the ball low to high fast enough to be able to make the lay up. DI players shouldnt need practice just making a layup when given the ball up high
This is better than watching an NBA game. AT least there's some passing. Wow.
Add a euro step layup
They can’t count lol
Ummm... looks like every lay up drill I have done and seen since middle school.
They barely make lay ups good team.
lancelotb lancelotb ya they are good. One of the best teams in the country a couple years ago.
VIRGINIA
Your a Michigan fan so APPALACHIAN STATE
These guys look like JV.. Can't even do a layup drill without screwing up.
I stopped watching when I saw that these fools can't even make 2 layups in a row... wooooow
SlickRick it’s at the end of practice. They are exhausted. Also they did suicides right before this. I go to their practices
SlickRick and you can?
They do this at the end of a workout when you are tired af
I mean they were a 16 seed that beat a 1 seed so they are doing something right...
Lame.
