A Solution for Your Cracked Heels in Just Rs 125!
1 follow a basic 4 step routine and it has helped me a LOT this Winters !
Step 1 - Soak your feet in Lukewarm or mild warm water to make it soft and keep it immersed at least for 15-20
Minutes. Take it out and Pat it Dry with a soft Towel.
Step 2 - Exfoliate with a Pumice Stone. It is conventional but works very time. If your feet is Cracked deeply and if cracks are bleeding, avoid this. Also make sure you do gentle motions and not too harsh. Go in with as your Body Feels.
Step 3 - Use Cotaryl Cream generously, It has urea and Lactic acid and helps soften feet skin and exfoliates dead Skin. Within three uses my Feet was Transformed ! It was
soft and Not Cracked at all.
Step 4 - Once it is absorbed completely, Seal all
Moisturise in feet with a warm Pair of Socks. I like this routine in PN Routine but if you do in mornings, DONT Skip the Socks!
[ Cracked heels. Crack. Dry heels. Bleeding heels . Dry feet . Winter heels. Winter cracked heels ]

You can even use it daily, its a foot cream , but i use it max upto 4-5 days a week, I don’t have very dry cracked heels ❤️

No you shouldn’t, it wont cause any harm, but it will exfoliate a little, mostly its for heels !
