I'm glad you got good news! My Rosie was a little worried yesterday morning, the thunder was right overhead, and it was dark with lots of lightening crackling. It seems like she checks if I'm scared and settles down when I'm not. Love these little dogs ❤ I'm so sorry for your loss, will pray for you and family.

My Pequeña hated everything that had to do with storms, rain, lightning and thunder. I would pick her up and we would walk around the house, stopping to watch the rain fall while I sang her a song about the rain. She would put one of her little arms around my neck and the other on my chest, looking at me intently; I guess she wanted to make sure that everything was okay, that if I wasn't afraid of the storm, she didn't need to be afraid either.

Condolences for your family ♥️🙏 Hooray for Mozzie's numbers! I feed my Miniature Schnauzer Purina Pro Plan Weight management and she does well with this. Four weeks ago I began cold pressed coconut oil to her food each meal and noticed she's not as thirsty and doesn't pee as much. I'm trying to incorporate can food and use less kibble. Kibble has more carbs than can food. If she continues to do well I try to titrate the insulin down from 8 units to 7. Her numbers were very close to 200 at her annual appointment and I was happy. Your babygrand is so cute ❤❤❤❤

You might ask your vet about human insulin; why or why not he can't have it. Worked liked a charm for my grandschnauzer! Less expensive too.
He does take insulin that is used for people too

Can’t give before he eats because if he doesn’t eat well or at all it will drop him dangerously low
