From talking to a lot of creators as well as a lot of folks on the corporate side of things, I get the feeling that a lot of this political vibe is coming from well-meaning people living in political echo chambers. A lot of clueless execs who really don't want to be blamed for anything, and a lot of creators who just want to be liked by their peers online.
