I'm an 34 GTR owner and I have mad level of respect for her, the fact that she brought a traditional H pattern evo agaisnt a sequential R34 GTR, and managed to hold her own is its own victory.

i own an evo 8 myself and i also have an rb25 im building for a future project(not sure what yet) but the gtr is at 3.2L this shouldnt even be a race. regardless both cars are fantastic

She just isn't used to roll racing if she had rolling Als she would of been leaving on boost she also on a stock rs 5speed. At her power a dog box with flat shift she done better. 133mph is a sub 550whp evo. 800 should be trapping 142-144
Yes a sequential is a manual but it has no handicap no miss shifts and it keeps the car at high rpm which keeps it in boost 😂😂😂😂

The Evo is not winning the rolling even with the best driver in the world. But build Evo like hers and go ahead and show us how is supposed to run.

It's a dsm thing with those cable shifters for transverse mounted engines. Just crap for consistent speed shifting. Better off getting a mustang.
It definitely did. It could of been a hell of a closer race. Her shifting is trash. With all the money and sponsors she should make her Evo sequential.
That 34 just didn’t drop out of boost with that sequential. That extra hp really showed. I’m curious how her si would have stacked up since it’s her actual track car instead of her street car.
The awd system is also more efficient on the GTR. Being able to adjust from awd to rwd allows for less power loss

@@R34Mines they could always just build the same on a gtr, monsta performance is one of the best at tuning nissan cars in the states, i dont really follow lee like that but are you sure that aint a gtr cuz that shits awd and to my knowledge the gtt is rwd, and even if its a convert from rwd to awd and a gtr rebadge so what i mean it makes sense considering the prices gtrs go for in the us and the fact they werent legal until recently in the us, if your really gonna do all that it would probably be less of a pain to fuck something up or break something especially on the dragstrip on a cheaper car with the same chassis as the car its meant to be
@@danpang5404 If I recall from my last quote a few years back Albins is in the same price range as PPG so roughly 20k AUD + (i actually think it is more) I think in total around 100k more or less.

Absolutely love both of these legendary cars. The R34 will always have the most special spot in my heart though. But it’s funny right after that comes the evo which is a hard second because the supra is another legendary love of mine.

that evo is not putting 800whp. I have friends that have built evos making around 800-900 whp and they trap around 150 mph. 133 mph is about 600whp on a evo.
The r34 is clearly much faster. The power difference is also very clear and top it with the sequential. Yeah not even close.
The evo ran 133 mphs.. that’s what Evos with 600ish whp run on the rolls. Good races but it’s not a fair comparison. One has much more

Those EVO's are nasty but very hard to find or get parts for anymore.. Soon as I saw her with that manual I knew she was toast.. It's always funny when PPL who think they can drive a manual find out they can't... Not well anyway. the reason why you can always get a manual cheaper than an automatic.....
tuning also counts for a lot .. u can even have 2 800hp skylines buy the 1 with better tuning can gap it .. and she still tryna be cocky about how long it's taking the skyline to start .. why the hate ..
