- This is our basic rotation video for the new class, Gunslinger/Gunner/Maestro. This video contains Shadow Build DPS rotation. Hope this guide helps you to learn how to play Gunslinger/Gunner/Maestro.

Burst Rotation:
TAB + V + (RMB + F + 4)
Basic Rotation:
1. RMB + F + 4
2. V + (RMB + F + 4)
3. 3 (x3) + F + (RMB + F + 4)
4. C + (RMB + F + 4)
Normal Rotation:
BURST + BASIC 3 + BASIC 4 + BASIC 1 + BASIC 3

this looks so cool! so i’m downloading the game again and creating a gunslinger. is the shadow/undertaker build seemingly good at dps? i like doing some damage to my enemies. c:
Sailør Joon yea, shadow gunner can do alot of constant DPS, pairing with Zenith ring (pve ring), you wont even need to reload at all.

So if I play with a constant 190-200 ping do u suggest I play fire or shadow?
Swiftyee 4ever 〈3 if ur ping is that high, i suggest you to go shadow, as Shadow doesn't have as much animation cancel as Fire. Most of the time you're going to hold ur RMB, which with auto gcd its going to fire quite fast.

190-200 ping is slow? Feels fast to me. Maybe I've gotten used to it
You don't feel slow because of auto gcd will scale ur attack speed based on ur ping, making ur attack faster than it should be, or u just simply used to the lag xD

does shadow gunsliner even bother use the airborn skills for dps? i feel like half of the skills are airborn required and i never used them
kelvin wu after playing Shadow Gunner for quite sometime, no, dont even bother using those. Shadow gunner can trigger reset from weapon easily, and resetting your Triple Shot, at most with a downtime around 5 seconds only. So in my opinion, dont bother using it.

I created a gunslinger yesterday and im kind of a newb in Blade & Soul.. Thumbs up for this video! Even though right now i don't get half of what it says but im sure it will help in the future! xD Can u also help me by recommending a skill build for shadow PvE? :)
For shadow, we recommend the undertaker build as shown in the video as it is easier to execute as well as better sustained dps than the bullet storm build. For the the skill build, you can just leave it at default for PVE, you just need to spec the cc for skill 2 [Twin Barrels] (disable) according to situation as some bosses/mechanics require you to use specific cc.

which rotation is better? undertaker or bulletstorm? or is there some condition, when you should use undertaker rotation and when you should use bulletstorm rotation?
in my opinion, I preferred Undertaker build, because Bullet Storm need time to ram up. Not to mention Bullet Storm requires you to constantly reload if you dont have your TAB/C up. You can mix them both if you want to, like using Bullet Storm when TAB is up, when its not just spam Undertaker for some constant DPS.

sure no problem :3 glad that it helped you out with your rotation. You can just use Bullet Storm with TAB for a large burst dmg too btw.

Whats the skill paths you used for bullet storm
soarespatricia2 theres only one path for Bullet Storm, its an unspec-able skill, unless you're talking about Tombstone, then its Spec 1, as Spec2 is for pvp

Undertaker build?
WHat macros do you use and how to use/ set them up, please?
Kahl-Reyn S. Tris i just use Auto Hotkey, and the set up is pretty much simple, as you need to know a little bit of coding for AHK and just code it according to the macro you want to use. You can find alot of guide about it on reddit.

So many bullshit videos on YT. 30 minutes speaking guides, 1.5h raids and and and but what u do is the only way to make videos worth in my opinion. Short and easy to understand. Maybe u put some reasons next time into the guide about why u do that this way (trippleshot because buff etc).

If you're geared enough keep your TAB for Lightspead it will do so much burst dammage but you need to be Raven 1 at least to dps like you should with it
yea, at raven the DPS is definitely higher, if your gear is at that stage. But this video are kinda made for just basic rotation for newer gunners to learn the dps rotations, then they can learn and alter it based on their own playstyle.

NightKnight We don't have an assassin at the moment, but we do have a plan of making a basic guide for both shadow and lightning assasin build.

Why do you shoot so fast? when i shoot so slowly?
erm......well....there's something called latency, which is also known as "PING", that makes you shoot like a god, when your "ping" is low. Jokes aside, probably im using macro thats why its faster? not too sure too, but the interval between clicks is still dependent on your "PING".

iNubs Gaming what macro? Are you using a 3rd party software for it or does the game have a macro system? Is it not bannable?
Get a razer or corsair mouse, it comes with macro software, and no they wont ban u unless u juse macro in tournament

-Soloing purple dungeons
-Mushin
I'm still undecided which route to go, I have ingame ping of 160-200 :/
if your ping is that high, I suggest you to go for Shadow, since Shadow rotation mainly focus on holding your RMB instead of animation cancel like Fire rotation, meaning that Auto GCD performs better for Shadow rotation.

How you use a macro? what software you are using?
Andrius Černiauskas im using AutoHotKey, its free to use. You can also use your mouse software like razer or corsair gaming mouse, they usually have software to macro as well.

just read on a simple send{} and sleep and you'll be using macros in no time ;) its not really that hard, only if you want extra stuff like conditions, key press duration and looping which you have to adapt to your style, gameplay, and ping.

can you help me with macro settings D:
we are only familiar with AutoHotkey for our macros, if you're using other software such as you mouse dedicated macro software that I'm not sure with.
For this build, all you need is spam 4, F, and RMB. You can also add in skills like Scorching Earth (for bracelet/badge triggers) if you're feeling lazy :D

which element needs to reload less often?
IᏕλΐλђBΞᏕҬ both need to reload as much xD to be honest, just time reload after using 4/F, that way you can animation cancel and reload at the same time

Swiftyee 4ever 〈3 for Bullet Storm build, yes its more dependant than Fire as you need to constantly reload. If Undertaker build, its much better as you're going to hold RMB most of the time, where the auto gcd can perform much better. Fire build requires alot of anicanceling, such as Rmb cancel F backswing. With high ping, the anicancel will be very slow compare to holding RMB all most of the time.
With macro, its just automated your clicks, so the delay from ping between each skill canceling is still affected even with macro.

Which one do you think is better from the 2 builds ? the bullet storm or the undertaker? and since I will be going shadow soon can you give me advice on which soul badges and which mystic badges i should be getting and what HM skills I should be getting ? Thank you very much for your info
i preferred Undertaker, because Bullet Storm requires good ping and also constant reloading (which slows your dps down). For badge, get Magnum Force Soul Badge for 4sec more Dark Mark duration, and Revelation/Pulse Mystic Badge depends on your preference, they both perform the same where Revelation is more for longterm dps while Pulse is burst dps.
For HM skills, just get your RMB and C, these 2 are the only important one for Shadow DPS, others are just a good add-on.

What about bracelet? divine dragon or tiger?
Swiftyee 4ever 〈3 they're both quite similar, divine dragon has lower downtime and lower dmg boost, while tiger has a longer downtime but with higher dmg boost.
But gunner do alot of hits so proc-ing the skill reset from weapon is quite fast as well, so in this case, I suggest going with tiger, especially if you're going to raven as raven resets very fast, allowing you to have your bracelet up almost all the time.

I see ALOT of players playing Shadow and i notice its not as PvE friendly as Fire. In your Opinion Which one is better? Fire or Shadow? I chose fire mainly for the sake of PvE. lol.
ScoutSniper127 they are both good for PvE, is just that Fire is abit RNG based (for skill 3), while Shadow is more constant DPS. Personally, I preferred Shadow, mainly because my RNG is so bad, that there's one time I played Fire, the 3 never even proc once for the whole fight. Shadow doesn't need RNG, just how you do your rotation and animation cancel 4 with reload, so you have constant ammo to spam.
Bracelet damage bonus for Fire seems alot higher than Shadow, but actually its not. As fire one is all on 1st hit of the skills, example like your RMB, 1 click = 4 shots, and only the 1st hit get the bonus. While Shadow RMB is 1 click = 1 shot, thats why the dmg bonus is lower, and Shadow shoot faster per click compared to Fire RMB.

Does it unlock at a certain levle?
if im not wrong, you need to clear the quest of the 8 masters in the early stages of the game, just follow the main story. I'm not too sure about it as I created this character using the lv50 vouchers that the event gave.

Why this class couldn't be as simple as BD? Everyone knows they should be using Lightning build and that's that. Meanwhile Gunner rips me apart. Dunno which path to take. All top ranked players in TOI > Mushin's Tower are using Fire but everyone says Shadow is better... and it's not cheap to have fully geared character in both Shadow and Fire.
in my opinion, Shadow has a better constant dps as long as your rotation is good, while Fire has an extremely disgusting burst compared to Shadow, but to proc 3(triple shot) it requires RNG since the proc chance isn't very high.
Based on my experience, with 8 MSP, Baleful7 and all Pinnacle Accessories, my DPS can maintain at around 45k, this is for Shadow that is.
Top rankers in Toi/Mushin requires them to kill the floor boss as fast as possible, so Fire's burst is good at this, while Shadow is some sort cheaper as HM skills are not required but a good addition to have (Fire requires at least HM Rmb and HM C, which both will increase Fire dps by a large margin).
